Ecuador responds to Mexico that it will not offer safe-conduct to Jorge Glas

The Ecuadorian nation on Tuesday rejected Mexico's request for former vice president Jorge Glas to be released from prison and transferred to a third country, according to local media El Universo, citing a statement from Ecuador's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility. teleSUR
