00:12to be heard. This year, 958 young people were turned away from Project Youth, not because
00:18they didn't need the help, but because we didn't have the resources. 958 young people
00:24needed support to escape homelessness, and we had to turn them away. 958 is more than
00:30just a number. It is 958 missed opportunities to end youth homelessness. This Homelessness
00:37Week, we have a choice. We can raise our voices for change. We can share this story. We can
00:42advocate for more funding. We can talk to our local MPs, and we can invest in young
00:47people's futures. We need a system that supports young people to exit homelessness.
00:53We need change. Change that ensures every single young person who needs help, gets it.
