North Yorkshire Police has made arrests in connection with a planned climate camp at Drax Power Station near Selby. North Yorkshire Police said: "Overnight with support from West Yorkshire Police we have arrested 22 individuals for public order offences which includes conspiracy to interfere with key national infrastructure."

00:05Some breaking news overnight. North Yorkshire Police and the British Transport Police are
00:12working on a joint operation in response to a planned climate camp at Drax Power Station near
00:18Selby. Overnight, with support from West Yorkshire Police, North Yorkshire Police has arrested 22
00:25individuals for public order offences which includes conspiracy to interfere with key
00:30national infrastructure. The police say that various items which would be associated with
00:35large-scale protests have also been seized and the 22 individuals remain in police custody.
00:42The police say that from today officers will have a highly visible presence for the duration of the
00:47camp to ensure that disruption to communities is kept to a minimum and the police also say that
00:53any offences including outbreaks of disorder will be robustly dealt with. My name's Greg
