00:22Empty Mary Queen of Charity's cargang mulases was thrown into the sea.

00:29Industrial mulases is used as a binding agent in factories and mines.

00:34It binds industrial waste so that it does not spread to the environment.

00:39The Coast Guard District, through the stations and substations in the area,

00:44and the Marine Environmental Protection Group immediately responded to the incident

00:49and also coordinated with relevant agencies to have a whole-of-nation approach.

00:57300 metric tons of mulases were loaded when the shore-to-ship operation of the ship was halted

01:04to find a way out.

01:17The Philippine Coast Guard was more involved in the recovery operation in Empty Terra Nova in Bataan.
