00:36And obviously, it's hugely popular because you've been here for 15 years.

00:40What do you put that popularity down to? Why do you think it's so popular?
00:43I think we are the first Japanese restaurant in Australia.
00:48Ah, really? First one?

00:51And what's promised to be more popular dishes?
00:53Hopefully, it's Sashimi.
01:00We've got fresh fish from the fish market.

01:09We've got fried yakisoba, udon, ramen, gyoza, eclairs.
01:24We've got hot soup as well.
01:27We've got spicy ramen.
01:33Where do you get all the ideas?
01:35Some of them are quite traditional Japanese, but I've never seen anything like this.
01:38I haven't seen anything like this.
01:40How do you come up with those ideas?
01:43Who comes up with the dishes and ideas?
01:45It's from our chef.
01:50And what do they come up with?
01:52Yeah.
01:53They change it from sushi to steak flavour.

02:03And you've got a lot of regular customers that come in?
02:05Yeah.

02:07A lot of them.
02:08They come from Australia nearby.
02:16Really coming from a lot of surrounding areas.
