00:00Breaking news from space-NASA may turn to SpaceX to rescue two astronauts stranded on the International Space Station.
00:07Astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore, originally scheduled to return almost two months ago on Boeing's Starliner,
00:13are now facing an extended stay until February due to technical issues.
00:18Starliner has faced multiple setbacks, including helium leaks and malfunctioning thrusters.
00:24NASA's considering using SpaceX's upcoming mission to bring the astronauts home.
00:29SpaceX was set to send four astronauts to the ISS later this month,
00:33but NASA is now weighing the option of using this mission to rescue Williams and Wilmore.
00:38This could mean only two astronauts on board instead of four, leaving room for our stranded heroes.
00:44NASA's Ken Bowersox mentioned they're evaluating all options,
00:48saying they don't just have to bring a crew back on Starliner and can consider other vehicles.
00:53The decision will be made in mid-August, and this move could be a significant blow to Boeing,
00:58which has already faced scrutiny over its processes.
01:01What do you think? Should NASA go with SpaceX to bring the astronauts home, or stick with Boeing's Starliner?
