While on a trip to Niagara Falls, the gang ends up staying at a sanitarium. During the night, they are spooked by the ghostly doctor at the sanitarium, who is said to have gone insane and is performing experiments to possess dogs. Scooby gets possessed as well, leaving the humans to solve the mystery and free him from the possession of the villainous doctor.
