00:00Hi, I'm Ruth. I'm from Fire Island. We farm at Redmai up in Balaff. We're a chilli farm, the Isle of Man's only chilli farm,

00:08and we produce a range of small batch hot sauces, condiments.

00:13So today we've got some smoked habanero salt, we've got our chilli infused honey, we've got our ketchup,

00:21our original hot sauce which won a Great Taste Award last week, so we're absolutely made up with that.

00:27And then we have our chilli millish, which is a chillies in syrup, and then we also have a cranberry and burnt orange with habaneros,

00:37so something for everyone.
