00:13Well, I mean, the trailer has come out. People have had some early reaction.
00:16What has it been like, people getting a chance to see your take and how you kind of pulled it together?
00:21It's exciting. I mean, we wrapped in May and it's been like four months and the movie's coming out, you know, in October.
00:28It just happens so quickly. I'm excited. I saw the movie like a couple weeks ago.
00:35It's really good. Jason did such a good job. I'm so proud to be a part of that. It's really cool.
00:43What was your key to nailing him? Was it something where you watched a lot of videos or interviews? Did you shadow Lorne?
00:50No, I didn't meet him. I met him once briefly. I read, I was reading books and I was, sorry, I thought he was talking to me.
01:02A lot of books. The Internet's endless. And yeah, I looked at impressions, not to do like the caricature of him,
01:15but to find what mannerisms kind of pop up that the people closest to him remember
01:23and just toning it down and, you know, working on his Canadian accent and yeah.
01:29We noticed one moment kind of at the end of the trailer, this very like intense stare that you do in those like seconds,
01:35I guess before they're about to say, you know, live from New York, it's Saturday night.
01:39What was that stare giving? Like, have you seen that moment in the trailer?
01:43I have seen it. No, no. I don't know. I don't want to say because it's, you know, it's yeah.
01:53If when, when, when it comes out, I feel like I can have the liberty to talk about it.
01:58I will ask you this. Do you know if you will be the October 12th host of Saturday Night Live?
02:03It would only make sense since that's when the film is coming out.
02:07I think that's between, you know, people that, that aren't here.
02:16Would you want to do it?
02:17Yeah, I would love to do it. Yeah, I grew up, I grew up on SNL.
02:20So it would be another dream come true. I didn't know I would ever get the chance to experience.
