00:00Surah Umar says that if a dog dies without drinking water in the desert near the city of Furat,
00:09it's not a matter of a human being, it's a matter of a dog.
00:13If a dog dies thirsty in my government,
00:15Umar says that Allah will ask me,
00:17it was your duty, wasn't it?
00:18It was your responsibility.
00:19Your sons say,
00:21a camel got injured,
00:23there was a wound on its neck.
00:26There was a way to burn the cloth and apply it on the wound.
00:30Hazrat Umar-e-Farooq, may Allah be pleased with him,
00:33first tied it with the camel's collar,
00:36then he burned the cloth,
00:38then with his own hands,
00:39the wound of the camel,
00:41he started applying the cloth on it,
00:43he started healing it.
00:45So the prince went ahead and said,
00:47Father, this is a camel,
00:49and you are touching its wound,
00:51it can even cause you pain.
00:53So you put it in the hands of two or three slaves,
00:55they will apply medicine on its wound.
