Examinees snap pencils to symbolize passing UPCAT

Examinees snap their pencils after taking the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT) and placed them at the Oblation statue in UP Diliman, Quezon City on Sunday, Aug 11, the last day of the examination.
