00:00Let me show you what it takes to make a real gold coin like this.
00:03First we purchase gold from our trusted gold suppliers.
00:05Then we melt the gold down with our induction melter and this can get to about 2,000 degrees
00:09Fahrenheit because that's the melting point of gold.
00:11Pour the gold into a gold bar and then to cool it down we submerge it in water, but
00:15I forgot to record that.
00:16We clean off all the dirt and graphene from the melting process and this is what you're
00:19left with, a beautiful gold bar.
00:20Roll it into our Italy machine to a desired length that we like.
00:23We blank each coin out of the gold bar like this.
00:27We file down every single coin to 37.5 grams.
00:30To remove the oils and polish the coins we throw into this machine for about 10-15 minutes
00:35and this is what you're left with.
00:38The left one is the polished coin and the right one is the unpolished coin.
00:42Now it's ready for the stamper.
