00:10after being dismissed by the Ombudsman as the mayor of Bamban, Tarlac.

00:17The first one to go to the so-called Alice Guo's farm in Bamban, Tarlac.

00:30We are representatives of COMELEC Region 3

00:34and we came from the office of Atty. Albert Rodriguez.

00:38COMELEC Central Office asked us to serve summons to Mayor Alice Guo.

00:46What is your position here?

00:53Alice Guo did not go there.

00:57COMELEC is on its way to the municipality of Bamban.

01:00The staff of the office of the mayor said

01:03they did not receive any communication from Guo.

01:13Guo has 10 days to eat the counter affidavit of COMELEC

02:18Guo was dismissed from his service as Mayor of Bambantarlac

02:26While he is alive, he is disqualified in any government office.

02:30According to the complaint filed by the Department of Interior and Local Government,

02:34for grave misconduct, conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service,

02:39gross neglect of duty, and serious dishonesty,

02:43Guo's role in Pogo in the Baofu compound was dismissed.

02:47Guo's actions will be compensated

02:50from the organization and registration of the Baofu

02:53as well as the remuneration of the permit of Huang Sheng

02:57after the cancellation of its license.

02:59The same goes for the business permit of Zun Yuan

03:03in spite of the shortcomings in its application.

03:06Guo's actions showed willful intent

03:11to violate the law and to separate the allies of the government.

03:14Aside from facing Kobelec and the ombudsman,

03:17Guo is also facing a complaint of human trafficking in the DOJ

03:21and has an arrest warrant in the Senate.

03:23The co-warrantor petition of the Solicitor General,

03:26which was filed in court, continues.
