00:00May 22, the Osaka Vessel, which was loaded with weapons used in the bombing of the Blast Fishing, was fully covered by the authorities.
00:14The operation was launched on August 11 in Tawiga, in the ocean, in the barangay of Rio Hondo, Zamboanga City.

01:03which includes the payment of a gratuity fee for the job order and contract of service of employees in the LGU.
01:10It also includes a fund of Php 90 million and a budget of Php 125 million for the salary increase of employees in the Davao City LGU.
01:24According to Councilor Myrna Dalodo-Ortiz and Chairperson of the Committee on Finance, Ways and Means, and Appropriations of the City Council,
01:33the gratuity fee is Php 5,000 for J.O. and C.O.S. employees.
01:40The salary increase for employees in the Davao City LGU should depend on the salary grade.
01:47J.O. and C.O.S. employees in the Davao City LGU reached Php 4,000 to Php 5,000, while Php 2,000 for the plantilla employees.
01:58Aside from the gratuity for our employees, some received Php 5,000.
02:05This is the salary increase of the plantilla personnel.
