04:45Once here, they'll search for McRae House,
04:48the birthplace of poet, doctor and Lieutenant Colonel John McRae.
04:53The wartime poem in Flanders Fields was originally penned by McRae
04:57on the battlefields of World War I in Ypres, Belgium.
05:00Over 100 years later, those powerful and lasting words
05:03are a tribute to those who sacrificed so much
05:06to secure the rights and freedoms that we enjoy today.

05:44Because there were so many Indigenous soldiers that died in the war,
05:48they went there and they did a ceremony
05:50where they called the spirits back home.
05:53Pretty amazing.
05:55To learn about what he did and the things he accomplished
05:58and just the legacy he left is a real honour to be here.
06:02Both of my great-grandpas served during the war,
06:05so they're definitely crossing my mind right now.

06:56Once they solve the secret word,
06:57Santiago will give them their next clue and a Boost
07:00to keep them fuelled up for the rest of this leg of the race.
