पीएम मोदी के हर घर तिरंगा अभियान अपीन के बाद तिरंगे की जबरदस्त खरीद हो रही है। हर मोहल्ले स्कूल और रास्तों पर तिरंगा यात्रा निकाली जा रही है। वाराणसी में खादी के तिरंगे की डिमांड भी काफी बढ़ी है। महात्मा गांधी जी के पहल पर बनारस में सबसे पहले गांधी आश्रम की नींव रखी गई थी आज दर्जनों लोग गांधी आश्रम में खादी तिरंगा की सिलाई कर रहे है यहाँ तैयार हुए तिरंगे को तीन जिलों में सप्लाई किया जाता है 'वाराणसी, चंदौली, भदोही, प्रधानमंत्री के हर घर तिरंगा अभियान के बाद लोग खादी की ओर आकर्षित हो रहे हैं। वाराणसी के नदेसर स्थित खादी ग्रामोद्योग के एक शोरूम से 4 से 5 लाख तिरंगे की बिक्री हुई वही वाराणसी चंदौली और भदोही में कुल 30 लाख से ज्यादा की बिक्री हुई है।
