00:00Unlike those other two, you know, Star Wars has been in my life for 40-something years more.
00:08And so, it was oddly familiar, and yet, you know, still thrilling.
00:18There's a huge sequence, I don't know if I'm allowed to say this, I'm sure I'm allowed to say this,
00:23there's a huge sequence early on in a market.
00:27And so, they filled the market with the characters from Star Wars.
00:31So, for someone like me, where you see Jawas walking around,
00:34or, you know, creatures that you've seen in other films,
00:39it's like seeing old friends, it's very odd, but there they really are, you know.
00:43And honestly, I think the thing that really captured my imagination,
00:50but also surprised me more than anything,
00:53was the interaction with the brilliant puppeteers and animatronic experts.
01:00Because I had a lot of scenes with characters who were either, you know, aliens or droids or what have you.
01:07And so, you know, those things don't just appear,
01:11you're doing a scene with, say, six people who are operating this puppet,
01:16or an animatronics expert who's over here commanding the face of the mask in front of you.
01:25And that's a whole new thing for an actor.
01:27Like, normally as an actor you're acting opposite another human being.
01:30In this case, you're acting opposite an alien, you know, or a droid.
01:35And yet, there are all these other people creating them while you're filming.
01:40And it was a pretty new experience for me.
