00:00A motorcycle was found in Quezon City. The suspect, who refused to speak, has been charged with theft in the past.

00:15This dashcam video captured a man while he was walking in the barangay of Santo Domingo, Quezon City.

00:21The CCTV footage shows that the man seemed to be looking for something.

00:26When he noticed that the motorcycle was parked, he pulled it closer and left the place.

00:31A few minutes later, the man came back.

00:34He was wearing a different outfit.

00:36He was carrying a backpack and a towel on his head.

00:40He rode the motorcycle and left.

00:43According to the police, the 35-year-old owner fell asleep

00:46after discovering that his motorcycle was missing.

00:50Based on the CCTV footage, we conducted a backtracking and identified the suspect.

00:57We immediately formed a tracker team.

01:00In the follow-up operation, the police arrested the 28-year-old suspect.

01:05The motorcycle was recovered from the suspect and the top box was removed.

01:09The suspect came to the owner's place to confirm that he was the one who recovered the motorcycle.

01:14Aside from the motorcycle, bullets were also fired from the suspect.

01:19According to the investigation of the police, a security guard stole the bullet.

01:24Before the motorcycle was stolen, there was a report here in Lalama Police Station

01:29that there was a robbery in an establishment guarded by a security guard.

01:37The suspect was arrested several times.
