00:00The truth is that the director, for me, was instantaneous.
00:03When I spoke with Kelly, I understood very clearly what he wanted to tell,
00:05the way he wanted to tell them.
00:07He found out that it was this woman as a character, and I was already inside.
00:11I liked it a lot, I connected with a lot of things,
00:13I connected with the lessons that I wanted to learn from her from the beginning.
00:18Obviously she is a mother, and I think that from there comes a lot of resilience,
00:22a lot of strength that I admire,
00:23and I wanted to be able to tell from the most sincere way I could.
00:26Being a mother is something that weighed on me from the responsibility of telling it.
00:32The truth is that what I enjoyed the most is also being able to share with my colleagues.
00:36It was beautiful, there was a lot of freedom in that set thanks to Kelly,
00:39and I enjoyed it a lot and I felt it in the palm of my hand.
00:43I feel that there is something very nice about it, which is the ability to set limits,
00:48and I take that as the greatest lesson of the character, without a doubt.
00:51It really was a set in which I learned a lot.
00:54They are all spectacular colleagues, very generous with their time, their energy, their knowledge.
00:59So I was happy, I felt like a little girl on my birthday.
01:05He was really so generous,
01:07as if there was a capacity for him to give to us, the actors,
01:11to be able to allow us to create and play,
01:15that it filled my heart a lot, as if I felt that they trusted me and I trusted them.
01:21And there was something very nice about the synergy,
01:25about the trust that generated a lot of truth in the moments.
01:29And what went through your mind the first time you read the script?
01:34The truth is that I was very lucky because I read it and when I spoke with Kelly,
01:38it was very easy for me to imagine.
01:42I read it, he wrote it, so he explained very clearly
01:45what he wanted to translate from that to the screen,
01:48and the truth is that I instantly bought it, I said, yes, I want it.
01:52The most important thing is that they are whole, complex characters,
01:56women as we are in real life,
01:58and not from a superficial and more cardboard writing.
02:03So I would love to tell more Argentine stories,
02:07maybe more from where I am from and where my lived experience comes from,
02:11but above all, stories that move me in some way.
