00:10Madam Chair, but our city and municipal police stations are part of the government, is that correct?

00:29it was done by the Ateneo Human Rights Center,

00:32according to that study, up until July 2024,

00:36most of the red-tagging was done by the government,

00:40and most of the online red-tagging was done by the city and municipal police stations on Facebook.

00:47So, what is your opinion on this study by the Ateneo Human Rights Center?

01:03and we don't want to red-tag anymore.

01:05If that happens, we have no idea, but I will investigate if that happens.

01:38With due respect to Congressman Manuel, it is never the policy of the PNP to red-tag.
