00:00Last but not least, a Vietnamese who was not licensed for the Botox procedure in his improvised clinic in Paranaque was arrested.

00:12He was complained by some of his clients that there was a complication.

00:17We have the first news from John Consuta.

00:23Upon entering this unit, on the 21st floor of a condo unit in Paranaque,

00:30we received a call from the National Bureau of Investigation.

00:35Arrested on the spot while the patient was being investigated,

00:38the 29-year-old Vietnamese national,

00:40the members of the NBI Organized and Transnational Crime Division,

00:44were assigned to the beds and improvised clinics in the condo unit.

00:47We found out that this subject was really doing the Botox procedure for a fee of Php 5,000.

00:57We checked that this subject does not have a license to practice medicine here in the Philippines.

01:09Botox is a neutral toxin that temporarily stops the movement of muscles.

01:14It is used in their cosmetic procedure to reduce wrinkles and other facial lines.

01:20The operation started on the complaint of some patients that their Botox procedure had a complication.

01:26The NBI found out that Day One went abroad as a tourist, but it turns out that they were doing Botox.

01:33The NBI is saying that you have operated on some patients without the necessary licenses here in the Philippines.
