00:05started their day of training before their 2024 Paralympic Games

00:19they went straight to their two-week training camp

00:26and taper off before going back to the Paralympic Games.

00:30Philippine Para-Athletics Team Head Coach, Joel Berriada,

00:35said that it's important for athletes to have a training session in the event

00:41so that they can easily adjust their mental and physical fitness
