00:00But is there any possible way after you looking at this that your situation where you were coming
00:04up the track on your line and Austin was trying to straighten up and come down where it was a
00:09victim of circumstance? That's question number one. No, because Austin made a left-hand turn to avoid
00:16after he made contact with the 22, he made a left turn to correct his course,
00:21straightened his course, then turned left again. So there were two, if you can read the graph,
00:27there's a big left, straight, big left again. Trust me, I do this for a living. I know,
00:35I understand. I think he's just trying to make contact. You know, he, again, I can't see him
00:42because I have a big right side headrest, right? So, but I know he's kind of coming down,
00:50but he's able to see me because of the visibility of the, you have a window net there. So you can
00:55see when a car is passing you. And I think more than likely when he's getting told to go down,
01:00come down, he's doing what he's told. And then when he sees me, he's probably just,
01:05he's trying to make contact, but at that point I'd nearly had him cleared. So, you know, yeah,
01:12you just that the right rear is just the vulnerable spot that puts you in a bad wreck situation.
