बेंगलूरु. मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धरामय्या ने उनके खिलाफ अभियोजन की मंजूरी देने संबंधी राज्यपाल थावरचंद गहलोत के फैसले का पूर्वाग्रह से प्रेरित बताया। सिद्धरामय्या ने कहा, मेरे मामले में अभियोजन स्वीकृति देने में बहुत जल्दबाजी की। लोकायुक्त ने नवंबर 2023 में को एचडी कुमारस्वामी के खिलाफ अभियोजन की मंजूरी मांगने के लिए याचिका दायर की थी। पूर्व भाजपा मंत्री शशिकला जोले के खिलाफ अभियोजन स्वीकृति अनुरोध पर कार्रवाई शुरू नहीं की है। यह दर्शाता है कि यह राजनीति से प्रेरित था।
