00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial, how to
00:05attach an image to a calendar event on Microsoft Office 365 on a Mac computer.
00:11Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to
00:17have access to a Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365, can be
00:22for work, school or business. Now let's go all the way down to the dock, go to the
00:26web browser which is Safari in this case, go to office.com, make sure you are
00:31signed into the account and now let's navigate to the calendar, go to the left
00:40top corner of the screen, all applications and now go to the calendar.
00:47If we can find it, yes we can, there it is. Let's create a new event for the
00:59purpose of this tutorial. So the event name is called photo edit, let's
01:09categorize to a new color, red category and let's add a description or we can
01:18insert a picture. So the photo itself is on the desktop, upload and that itself
01:28has not uploaded so we can also choose to invite an attendee if we wish to.
01:33Change the date, let's use the next day, let's use another time, at some point in
01:42the afternoon, a one-hour meeting and so we can save. This has now been scheduled.
01:58Let's click on the meeting itself, photo edit and there we go. The photo itself has
02:08now been attached to the calendar event itself. Why would one want to do this?
02:14Well it's a better way to broadcast the message to all the attendees in photo
02:24format because we know a photo can paint a thousand words. So let's click out of
02:31that calendar event, quizafari and so that's it for this video. I'll see you guys
02:37in the next tutorial. Thanks for now. Thank you for making it towards the end
02:43of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my channel Computer Science Videos. Be sure
02:47to check out the previous video on screen now or you can ideally click on
02:53the playlist and watch all the journey for Computer Science Videos from the
02:58start until now.
