00:08conversations for the upcoming fantasy season.
00:12Cooper Cupp, your thoughts?
00:14The ultimate boomer bust, right?
00:1631 years old, a guy that has broken fantasy before and a guy that's been broken and broken
00:22your dreams in fantasy before.
00:24So this is a tough one for me.
00:26If you're in a league that's playing for a large prize, let's just put it that way,
00:31perhaps I fade Cooper Cupp just a little bit.
00:34If you're playing for fun, sure, let's give Cooper Cupp another turn around the sun and
00:38see what happens.
00:39Reports have been good so far, that's encouraging, but he has missed significant time in the
00:44last two seasons.
00:45And he is 31 years old with a lot of tread on the tires.
00:48And before his enormous 2,000 yard season, let's not forget, Cooper Cupp did have some
00:52injury issues as well.
00:54I think with Cooper Cupp, the best way I can put it is this, if I can draft him as
00:58my third wide receiver, man, that's a fantastic league winning opportunity.
01:03And if he misses time, it doesn't hurt me.
01:05But right now he's being drafted more as a wide receiver to range.
01:09That could hurt me potentially in my draft.
01:10So for me, who starts out early wide receiver, there's a better chance that I could go three
01:16wide outs to start my draft or three of the first four picks, depending on where I am.
01:20And if so, Cooper Cupp is my third in the fourth round, man, that would be a great pick
01:24there.
01:25But to take him as my number two, I still have my doubts potentially about him being
01:29there on a weekly basis.
01:31So again, the ultimate boom or bust, but it depends on your situation and your tolerance.
01:36In a 10 team league, far more apt to take Cooper Cupp as well.
01:40Why?
01:41Because the replacement value is easier and it's so much better in terms of the depth
01:46and the supply and demand of the position, right?
01:49If we're in a league, we're only playing two wide receivers, right?
01:51Cooper Cupp's on there too.
01:53That's okay.
01:54I got all these other flex spots.
01:55I've got more replacement value.
01:56It's okay.
