00:04:36I can't believe you're only five years old.
00:04:39Do you train every day to be that good?

00:06:10That was adorable.
00:06:12He was really good.
00:06:14Hi.
00:06:15Welcome to America's Got Talent.
00:06:17Thank you.
00:06:18And who do we have here?
00:06:20What is your name?
00:06:21My name is Arshia Sharma.
00:06:23That's a beautiful name.
00:06:24And where are you from?
00:06:26I'm from Jammu Kashmir in India.
00:06:30Is this your first trip to America?
00:06:33I've never been to America or any other country except India.
00:06:41So how was it for you flying?
00:06:43To sit in that airplane for so long?
00:06:45Are you scared in the airplane?
00:06:47No, I'm not scared.
00:06:49But I was so tired sitting all the time.
00:06:53Tell us how old you are.
00:06:55I'm 13 years old.
00:06:5713 years old.
00:06:58You're all alone on the biggest stage in the world.
00:07:01So what are you going to do for us today?
00:07:03So I am a dancer.
00:07:05But I don't want to be like others.
00:07:08I want to be different.
00:07:10So I tried doing gymnastics
00:07:13and added some flexibility moves into my dance to be different.
00:07:18Okay.
00:07:19Good to be different.
00:07:23Are you nervous?
00:07:25Yes.
00:07:26Because America's got talent.
00:07:28It's a big thing.
00:07:29So I can't keep it in my stomach.
00:07:31So I'm so excited.
00:07:37Well, he said your dance is different.
00:07:39We love different around here.
00:07:40So we're very excited to see what you've got.
00:07:43I just need some seconds to prepare something.
00:07:46Okay.
00:07:47So I'll be right back.
00:07:48We'll be here.
00:07:49Yeah.
00:07:50See you soon.
00:07:52Okay, she needs to prepare.
00:07:54You can't just dance like that.
00:07:55You've got to prepare.
00:07:56That's how I am.
00:07:59I think there's going to be an outfit or something.
00:08:02Maybe an outfit.
00:08:03You're right.
00:08:06Yeah.
00:08:07Maybe a traditional beautiful outfit.
00:08:26Yeah.
00:08:29God, she's genius.
00:08:55Wow.
00:09:25Wow.
00:09:42Are you trying to dance?
00:09:43What is this?
00:09:55Wow.
00:10:04Wow.
00:10:09Oh.
00:10:15Yes.
00:10:21Yeah.
00:10:26Yes.
00:10:31You've got to be like that.
00:10:36When you said you were going to leave to change,
00:10:38I thought you were going to come back with a pretty dress
00:10:41or something like that.
00:10:43You know, I have two daughters and two granddaughters.
00:10:46And this is the scariest, most horrific dance recital
00:10:50I have ever been to.
00:10:51Thank you so much.
00:10:53I feel like you're one of the best contortionists
00:10:55we've ever seen.
00:10:58Also, when you did certain moves that made those...
00:11:01That was scary.
00:11:02That scared me.
00:11:03This backflip you did and you landed on your chest.
00:11:09No, no, no, no.
00:11:19We should say to little girls watching this,
00:11:21don't do this in your own home without a lot of training.
00:11:23Never.
00:11:25Mom, can you do this?
00:11:28I mean, I wonder sometimes when you're in the middle of it,
00:11:31it's like there's no way she's going to be able to detangle.
00:11:34But you did every time and got into a worse position after.
00:11:40Yeah, I thought, yeah, you know, you're going to come back
00:11:43and do like a Disney routine or something.
00:11:46Because she was so sweet.
00:11:48She was so sweet.
00:11:50But then you come back as Linda Blair.
00:11:56It was just so unexpected and frightening and brilliant
00:11:59at the same time.
00:12:01And that's what you've got to do with your two or three minutes
00:12:05you have.
00:12:06Everyone's going to be talking about you tomorrow.
00:12:10Trust me.
00:12:11Thank you.
00:12:15All right, let's vote.
00:12:16One yes from me.
00:12:18Yes!
00:12:19Sophia.
00:12:20Yes!
00:12:21Simon.
00:12:23The Chihuahua turned into a werewolf.
00:12:27And we love you, four yeses.
00:12:35There's that little girl again.
00:12:36There's something you couldn't lose.
00:12:39It's me without you.
00:12:44I mean, that was bloody amazing.
00:12:46Amazing.
00:12:49She was very good.
00:12:51Everything about it.
00:12:52The outfit, the makeup, the music.
00:12:54Wow.
00:12:55All of it saw that coming.
00:12:56And I want to give you a shock again in the next audition.
00:13:02Listen, I bet you will.
00:13:04Because you are shocking now.
00:13:06My name's Richard Goodall from Terre Haute, Indiana.
00:13:09I've lived in Terre Haute my whole life.
00:13:11I was that kid up in my bedroom with the Radio Shack stereo.
00:13:15My favorite thing was just to sit up and listen to my music.
00:13:18And I just belted out.
00:13:20Eventually, I was like, I've got to find me a job.
00:13:23So I became a janitor at Chelsea Rose Middle School,
00:13:27which is only three blocks away from my house.
00:13:30My first job in LA was sweeping floors.
00:13:33And I used to sing to myself.
00:13:35That's how I keep up my voice.
00:13:38I'm not a fancy person.
00:13:40I take out the trash.
00:13:41I wipe off the tables.
00:13:42I sweep the floors.
00:13:44I'm just having fun, and I'm trying to make people happy.
00:13:48The kids would hear me sing, and they'd tell me that I've got talent.
00:13:54That's why I'm here.
00:13:55That's why I got on a plane.
00:13:57When I took off from Minneapolis,
00:14:00I felt that front wheel come off the ground,
00:14:02and you have this floating.
00:14:04You're no longer stable.
00:14:06And that's what this whole experience is like right now.
00:14:10I mean, it's a good off-balance,
00:14:12but until you actually do something,
00:14:14you don't know if it's right for you or not.
00:14:16Oh, I'm getting chicken skin talking about it.
00:14:19It's time to meet the judges.
00:14:20Thank you, sir.
00:14:21I'm with you.

00:15:12So...
00:15:13OK.

00:15:23Oh.
00:15:24CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
00:15:26Is she here with you today?
00:15:28No.
00:15:29So she's the one you're going to call after the audition, yeah?
00:15:33Yes, immediately, yes.
00:15:34OK. All right.
00:15:36And the song you've chosen today, tell me why you chose it.
00:15:41Well...
00:15:43The song speaks for itself, so...
00:15:46OK. All right.
00:15:47I'm not going to ask any more questions.
00:15:49Let's do it. Good luck.
00:15:53Ooh.
00:15:55Aw, are you a bit nervous?
00:15:57Yeah.
00:16:00It's OK, Richard.

00:16:11Shake off those nerves.
00:16:14We're here, we're rooting for you, Richard.
00:16:18Good luck.
00:16:24I hope he's good.
00:16:25I know, I hope so.
00:16:26I really do.
00:16:27MUSIC STOPS
00:16:32MUSIC BEGINS
00:16:41Just a small-town girl
00:16:44Why?
00:16:45Living in a lonely world
00:16:48What?
00:16:49She took the midnight train
00:16:52Going anywhere
00:16:58Just a city boy
00:17:01Born and raised in South Detroit
00:17:06He took the midnight train
00:17:08Going anywhere
00:17:22A cigarette in a smoky room
00:17:25So amazing.
00:17:26Smell a line of cheap perfume
00:17:30Oh, a smile that can share the night
00:17:33It goes on and on and on and on
00:17:37Strangers waiting
00:17:42Up and down the boulevard
00:17:45Subtitles
00:17:47Searching in the night
00:17:53Streetlights
00:17:55People
00:17:58Living just to find emotion
00:18:01Hiding
00:18:03Somewhere in the night
00:18:09Don't stop believing
00:18:14Hold on to that feeling
00:18:17Streetlights
00:18:19People
00:18:21Oh

00:19:15Facing these odds
00:19:17Trying to talk
00:19:19Because that was special.
00:19:21Genuinely special.
00:19:23I think America is going to love you.
00:19:30I mean, that was spectacular. That was fun.
00:19:33This was an amazing surprise.
00:19:35I think you were perfect to come to AGT.
00:19:39Because you made our night.
00:19:41Thank you, man. You're beautiful.
00:19:44You, and maybe because you've been doing it for 23 years,
00:19:47but you just cleaned up.
00:19:49You just...
00:19:52You know, I would imagine every kid that has ever been in a school with you
00:19:56is just screaming,
00:19:58I just think you're amazing.
00:20:03We love you, Richard!
00:20:07Richard, Richard, Richard.
00:20:09You knocked me off my feet.
00:20:11I mean, we all had the best time with you up there on that stage.
00:20:15I really, really feel something when I see you up there
00:20:18and hear you up there.
00:20:20And now,
00:20:22this is what I'm going to do for you,
00:20:24because I love you.
00:20:26I'm late
00:20:28But I'm here right now
00:20:32Though I used to be romantic
00:20:36I forgot somehow
00:20:40Time can make you blind
00:20:44But I see you now
00:20:49As we're laying in the darkness
00:20:53Did I wait too long
00:20:57To turn the lights back on?
00:21:00Yes! What?
00:21:03That was amazing.
00:21:05I can't wait to see what you're going to sing today.
00:21:08Yeah, stuck on a hill
00:21:11Outsiders inside the home that we built
00:21:16The cold settles in
00:21:18It's been a long way
00:21:20He deserves it.
00:21:25And now I think we should go and call your fianc├й.

00:21:34Oh my gosh, you guys.
00:21:36I've never even been on a plane.
00:21:38This was not on my radar to come to California.
00:21:41It's just a dream come true.
00:21:43Happy you came.

00:35:35So, you've seen the show before, you've obviously prepared yourself,
00:35:39do you think you're gonna win?
00:35:40And what would the money mean to you?
00:35:43Yes, we think we're going to win this.
00:35:46Yes.
00:35:48And with the money, we would love to have our own studio.

00:39:28but I was feeling every bit of it and I loved it.
00:39:31It was incredible.
00:39:32Many dancers have danced on the stage,
00:39:34but their feet have never been on fire.
00:39:37It's still hot.
00:39:38It's still hot.

00:39:41Thank you very much, Heidi.
00:39:43You know, this is something I genuinely can see in Vegas.

00:39:54and I can see how much this means to you.
00:39:58What I've loved about the show this year

00:46:23Everybody was so excited about this traffic light.
00:46:25We were all taking photos with it.
00:46:26Oh my God.
00:46:27Kissing the traffic light.
00:46:32We don't need a traffic light in my village.
00:46:34We don't need it, because we don't drive like you Americans.
00:46:36You guys drive crazy.
00:46:37Okay.
00:46:38Because in my village, we drive like, hiya!
00:46:43That's good.
00:46:45We don't even have a good cell phone reception.
00:46:53if you want to call someone,
00:46:54you have to climb a mountain first.
00:46:57When you're on top of that mountain,
00:46:58you finally call the person like,
00:47:01Simon!
00:47:02Simon!
00:47:02Simon!
00:47:03Simon!
00:47:04Simon!
00:47:05Simon!
00:47:06Simon!
00:47:07Simon!
00:47:07Simon!
00:47:08My village is interesting, man.
00:47:09Our people are so old school.
00:47:11We don't even use social media.
00:47:12To view someone's photos,
00:47:14you have to visit their house first.
00:47:16you have to visit their house first.
00:47:17Walk around the house,
00:47:18you know, looking at all the photos of the house.
00:47:19I like this one.
00:47:21I like this one.
00:47:22Oh, and I like this one.
00:47:24I would like to share this one.
00:47:27I would like to share this one.
00:47:30Yeah, yeah!
00:47:31Yeah, yeah!
00:47:32Yeah, yeah!
00:47:33But now I'm in America, man.
00:47:35I'm adjusting to this country, man.
00:47:36Everything is new to me.
00:47:38Like, when I first came to America,
00:47:39I saw something I didn't know existed.
00:47:42I saw
00:47:43I saw
00:47:44poor white people.
00:47:46poor white people.
00:47:46poor white people.
00:47:49What?
00:47:49What?
00:47:52How is this possible?
00:47:55This white guy was like, can I have a donor? I was like, I came here to ask you for a donor, what?
00:48:05I started taking photos, I was like, oh my God!
00:48:12America is new to me, man. Even the food in America, the food, there's so much food in America.
00:48:17It's so big, the portions are big. The other day, an American friend of mine was like, man, I am starving.
00:48:24I was like, no.
00:48:28You are hungry, okay?
00:48:32Trust me, there's a difference, okay?
00:48:35Now, do you think when I go back to my village, you know, after experiencing this much food in America,
00:48:39and someone is like, man, I am hungry. I'll be like, no, you are starving, okay?
00:48:48Thank you very much, my name is Ledman Jelassi.
00:48:57Thank you.
00:49:03Thank you.
00:49:05I appreciate you.

00:49:18Oh my goodness, I got to go to Howie first.
00:49:22We are so glad you're here.
00:49:23Appreciate you.
00:49:24Let me just say something. Stand-up comedy is hard enough as it is.
00:49:27Yeah.
00:49:28But to come from another country where English isn't even your first language.
00:49:31Yeah.
00:49:32Not only communicate with everybody, but tickle everybody, make everybody laugh, make this a better place.
00:49:37Appreciate you.
00:49:38You are truly amazing.
00:49:40Thank you.
00:49:41You mean a lot.
00:49:43You're funny, you look great, I love your spirit, your accent, all of it.
00:49:47I appreciate you, thank you.
00:49:50I think that you were good from top to bottom.
00:49:53Thank you.
00:49:54This is the most fun time we've had today.
00:49:59Appreciate you, thank you.
00:50:02I actually think you're one of the funniest people we've ever had over the years.
00:50:08It's just, if you've got it, you've got it.
00:50:12Thank you.
00:50:13I was laughing so much.
00:50:16You were having the best time as well.
00:50:18Of course.
00:50:19Yeah.
00:50:20This is my dream, you know.
00:50:21I can tell.
00:50:22Well, unfortunately, you're now stuck with us.
00:50:25Because you're not going anywhere.
00:50:27I'm not complaining.
00:50:28This is good.
00:50:29Please, don't go anywhere.
00:50:31Right, Howie.
00:50:33Yes.
00:50:34That's one.
00:50:35Hold up, hold up.
00:50:36Yes.
00:50:37That's one.
00:50:38Hold up, hold up.
00:50:39Hold up.
00:50:40Wow.
00:50:41Hold up.
00:50:52You were backstage, you were telling me that you were taking 14-hour bus trips to go perform for five minutes.
00:51:01And then having to take 14-hour bus trips back home.
00:51:06Brother, you will never have to go back home again.
00:51:11Because you are here with us, father.
00:51:31Thank you.
00:51:49I love you, brother.
00:51:51I love you, man.
00:51:53I love you, brother.
00:51:56Learn more.
00:51:58You are going straight to the live shows, my brother.
00:52:04How are you feeling right now?
00:52:05Oh, my God.
00:52:06I feel this is a dream.
00:52:07Is this happening?
00:52:08Is this happening?
00:52:09Punch me.
00:52:10Is this happening?
00:52:15One more time for Learn More.
00:52:23That was amazing.
00:52:24Amazing.
00:52:26You're my brother.
00:52:27Oh, yeah.
00:52:28You're my brother.
00:52:29You know, I was thinking about doing it.
00:52:30Were you?
00:52:31It was so close.
00:52:32Oh, man.
00:52:33You changed my life.
00:52:34I've got to come to Zimbabwe and hang out with you.
00:52:35You are welcome.
00:52:36I'm trying to tell you.
00:52:37Okay, you better.
00:52:38We'll welcome you some.

00:52:40I know.
00:52:41I love it.
00:52:42You already have a season ticket.
00:52:43Hello.
00:52:44Oh, hello.
00:52:45Hello.
00:52:46And what is your name?
00:52:47My name is Dee Dee Simon.
00:52:48Oh.
00:52:49Hello, Dee Dee.
00:52:51Tell us about you.
00:52:53I'm from Oakland, California.
00:52:55I am a registered nurse at San Quentin State Prison.
00:53:01And I've been singing for most of my young life.
00:53:06And I'm just so happy to be here today.
00:53:09So, you are a nurse at...
00:53:13San Quentin State Prison.
00:53:14And you've done that for how many years?
00:53:1619.
00:53:17Wow.
00:53:18Wow.
00:53:19Have the prisoners ever heard you sing?
00:53:20When I first got there, after I sang a song,
00:53:23a riot broke out.
00:53:24Then I had to triage everybody.
00:53:29Wow.
00:53:30So, I waited all these years and then they asked me again
00:53:33and I just did it two months ago and it was peace.
00:53:38Do they know at work that you're here tonight?
00:53:42No, I haven't told anyone at work that I'm here.
00:53:44Just my family.
00:53:45And what brought you here this year?
00:53:48Destiny.
00:53:49Yeah.
00:53:50I don't see myself anyplace else but here right now, Simon.
00:53:54And Didi, what's the big dream?
00:53:57You know, it's always been a door.
00:53:59I get to this door and I never get to go through it
00:54:01because of something.
00:54:02Yeah.
00:54:03So, my big dream is to make that door and walk through it.
00:54:07I love that.
00:54:08And take care of my family.
00:54:11What a great answer.
00:54:16OK.
00:54:17I promise you, we're all rooting for you.
00:54:19It's the best of luck.
00:54:20Thank you.
00:54:50There's no way that I can ever go.
00:54:54Darling, there's no way.
00:54:57No, Lord, no way.
00:54:59I'm living without you.
00:55:02I'm not living without you.
00:55:04I'm not living without you.
00:55:06See, there's just no way.
00:55:08There's no way.
00:55:11Please, baby, don't leave me, baby.
00:55:13Now, won't you say, hold me, baby.
00:55:16Come on, hold me.
00:55:18I know, I know, I know, I know, I know.
00:55:25Hey, yeah.
00:55:26Some of the rivers would strike and kill.
00:55:30I'm not gonna leave you.
00:55:32There's no way I will.
00:55:37And I am telling you.
00:55:46I'm not going nowhere.
00:55:51You're the best man I've ever known.
00:55:55And there's no way.
00:55:57There's no way.
00:55:59No, no, no, no way.
00:56:02No, no, no, no way.
00:56:04I'm living without you.
00:56:07Oh, I don't want to be free, no.
00:56:12I'm saying, saying, saying.
00:56:17Love me.
00:56:19Love me.
00:56:21Love me.
00:56:23Love.
00:56:27Oh, yeah.
00:56:35Oh.
00:56:37Love me.
00:56:40Oh.
00:56:42Oh.
00:56:56The world needs now.
00:57:01It's not so easy.
00:57:03It's going out of her hand.
00:57:05It's the only thing.
00:57:08Hey, Sofia.
00:57:09Till it lasts.
00:57:10It was spectacular.
00:57:11Thank you.
00:57:12You know, it's coming from your soul.
00:57:14It was a beautiful treat to have you here tonight.
00:57:16Sweet.
00:57:17Thank you.
00:57:18Heidi.
00:57:19To be honest, I think you're one of the best singers we've had this season.
00:57:24Wow.
00:57:25Yeah.
00:57:26Thank you.
00:57:27I love you.
00:57:28It was incredible.
00:57:29It was just building and getting better and better.
00:57:31Then the shoes came off and you were just down on the floor and you were just giving
00:57:35it your all.
00:57:36You can really feel how much you want this spot.
00:57:39And I feel like you nailed it.
00:57:40Thank you.
00:57:41Howie.
00:57:42You said every time I went to that door, something happened and I couldn't go through
00:57:46the door.
00:57:47And I think that you are out.
00:57:48You are free.
00:57:49Welcome to the world that you deserve to be in.
00:57:50Thank you.
00:57:51Well seen.
00:57:52There's nothing more frustrating than when you've got talent and you just can't be heard.
00:58:05I promise you, tomorrow, things are going to just be better.
00:58:09They are.
00:58:10And I think you're going to inspire a lot of other people.
00:58:16Would you dedicate this song to anyone?
00:58:20To everyone that was told, no, keep going, because one yes can change your life.
00:58:26And who are you going to call if you get through?
00:58:30My mama.
00:58:31Is she here?
00:58:32Yes, she's right there.
00:58:33Hi, sweetheart!
00:58:35Hi, mommy.
00:58:37Hi, Mommy!
00:58:41Lili, I mean seriously, you picked one of the hardest pumps in the world and you absolutely
00:58:44nailed it.
00:58:45I think you did amazing.
00:58:46Thank you.
00:58:48OK, Howie?
00:58:51You know, you said one yes can change your life?
00:58:53Yes.
00:58:54I'll give you your first yes.
00:58:55Thank you!
00:58:56Heidi?
00:58:57The second yes!
00:58:58Three yeses.
00:59:02I think that makes it one, two, three, four yeses.
00:59:09Thank you for everyone you've put before me now.
00:59:15You're our sweet love.
00:59:19It's the only way.
00:59:23Bless her.
00:59:25Dee Dee, oh my god, you were amazing!
00:59:29Seconds and counting.
00:59:31Oh my god!
00:59:37Oh my god, look at it up in the sky!
00:59:40Ignition sequence starts.
00:59:42Six, five, four, three, two, one, zero.
00:59:48All engines running.
00:59:50Liftoff! We have a liftoff!
01:00:01Wow!
01:00:31It's in outer space now!
01:00:49I can't believe it. Oh my god.
01:01:02Houston, this is flight. We are prepared for fuel tank separation.
01:01:08I've never seen this.
01:01:32No, this is not like anything I've ever seen.
01:02:03Simon!
01:02:05Simon, it's you!
01:02:07Oh my god!
01:02:09That's Simon!
01:02:12Wow!
01:02:14Simon in the sky!
01:02:19That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.
01:02:28Yes, Simon!
01:02:39Oh my goodness!
01:02:41Yay, Dee Dee!
01:02:52He's leaving! Bye!
01:02:56Absolutely brilliant!
01:03:19That was unbelievable.
01:03:22Was that amazing?
01:03:24That was...
01:03:26I've never seen anything like that.
01:03:29Yes!
01:03:43Okay, let's start with Howie.
01:03:46The world is epic, and to see Simon's face...
01:03:50Yes, that was so good.
01:03:52Two blocks wide, two miles long.
01:03:55He was too big for the theater.
01:03:57Wow! It was like the moon landing, that kind of excitement.
01:04:01That was one small step for man, and a huge step for AGT.
01:04:09Heidi.
01:04:10Yeah, I loved it too. It felt kind of like it was an alien invasion.
01:04:15Like in the beginning, when they all came, and there were so many of them,
01:04:18and it's just amazing how you programmed this all.
01:04:20Your imagination, how you thought about the little story that you were telling.
01:04:24It was beautiful. Really well done. Thank you so much.
01:04:28Thank you.
01:04:30Sofia.
01:04:31Breathtaking.
01:04:32I don't know where I've been, but I didn't know that you could do those things with drones.
01:04:38It was spectacular. I mean, I wish I had known.
01:04:41I would have brought people that I know to watch.
01:04:44Yeah, this crowd, you're lucky. You're lucky.
01:04:48I would have brought them from Colombia.
01:04:51Thank you. Thank you.
01:04:53It was really patriotic.
01:04:56And I think the way you told the story, the use of music,
01:05:01whether you're three years old, whether you're 100 years old,
01:05:06I think you are going to absolutely love that audition.
01:05:15I'm obsessed with space and that landing on the moon.
01:05:21For every one of you, I want to say bravo.
01:05:37Okay, okay, okay, okay.
01:05:40You know, we keep talking about the rules.
01:05:44Yes.
01:05:45There is no rule book, which means I'm going to do this.
01:05:52Lift off.
01:06:10Lift off.
01:06:13Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
01:06:15You already had one.
01:06:18Doesn't matter.
01:06:19You already did it.
01:06:21That's the second one.
01:06:26Simon, what are you doing?
01:06:28Yeah, what are you doing?
01:06:29I just thought, why not?
01:06:32I mean, there's nothing in the book that says we can't.
01:06:35Well, there is.
01:06:41But if you do it, everyone else gets to do it.
01:06:44Wait, wait, wait, wait.
01:06:45So he does it, so we get it?
01:06:46We all get it?
01:06:48Okay, if I have to, you can have to.
01:06:51Do we get another one?
01:06:52All of us?
01:06:53We get another one?
01:06:54We get two golden buzzers.
01:06:56Two golden buzzers!
01:07:00Congratulations.
01:07:01Thank you so much.
01:07:02Amazing.
01:07:03Seriously.
01:07:04Thank you so much.
01:07:05Amazing.
01:07:06Thank you so much.
01:07:07It really was special.
01:07:08Fantastic.
01:07:10Oh, more.
01:07:11I mean, it was, like, mind-blowing.
01:07:13Everyone was screaming, golden buzzer, golden buzzer.
01:07:17I love this golden buzzer business here.
01:07:20New season, new rules.
01:07:22Thanks, everyone.
01:07:27Can we not have three golden buzzers?
01:07:28Three.
01:07:29I think we need three.
01:07:30America's Got Talent.
01:07:31Looks like we're in the right place.
01:07:33This is amazing.
01:07:34This is my sister Jenna.
01:07:35This is Stu.
01:07:36And we're the Red Claws.
01:07:38We grew up in a small town called Kirkwall.
01:07:41We had a farm.
01:07:42Not a normal farm, though.
01:07:43No.
01:07:44It was called Yeehaw Adventure Farm.
01:07:47Hundreds of people would just come and have fun.
01:07:50Our dad built a 10,000 pumpkin pumpkin patch,
01:07:5310-acre corn maze, and pig races.
01:07:55That's where the Red Claws started.
01:07:56It was a halftime show.
01:07:57We did the pig races.
01:07:58At the pig races.
01:07:59And I played the banjo, she sang.
01:08:01Our mom actually named the band,
01:08:02because it's our last name backwards.
01:08:04It's Walker Backwards as Red Claw.
01:08:06That is the coolest thing.
01:08:07We've been back and forth trying to decide what song to do.
01:08:11We wanted it to be a song specifically about our mom.
01:08:15We lost our mom to mental health,
01:08:17and that shook up our world.
01:08:19We lost her in 2022,
01:08:21and it was a very tough time for our family.
01:08:23And we just want to acknowledge that
01:08:25to people that are going through tough times.
01:08:27Mom would be very proud right now.
01:08:29Yeah.
01:08:30The whole reason we're here,
01:08:31it's because of her.
01:08:33Sorry.
01:08:34You're great.
01:08:38I hope that she can see us here.
01:08:41This is nuts.
01:08:42Oh, my God.
01:08:43This is going to be nuts.
01:08:44Oh, my God.
01:08:45She'd say,
01:08:46you're playing for Simon Cowell.
01:08:47Do not embarrass me.
01:08:49We have one shot at this performance.
01:08:51So we're not going to stop, Mom.
01:08:53Can't stop now.
01:08:59Hello.
01:09:00Welcome, both of you.
01:09:02Let's hear your names, please.
01:09:03I'm Stuart Walker.
01:09:05And I'm Jenna Walker.
01:09:06Brother and sister.

01:09:09Toronto, Canada.
01:09:11Whoo!
01:09:12That's my country.
01:09:15What kind of music are you into?
01:09:17Country music.
01:09:18Country.
01:09:19Brilliant.
01:09:20Do you write your own songs?
01:09:22We do.
01:09:23We're actually going to perform an original song.
01:09:25It's called People Don't Talk About.
01:09:26And tell me what it's about.
01:09:28We wrote this song probably two years ago.
01:09:30Our family's been through a lot of stuff
01:09:32that we kind of didn't feel comfortable talking about,
01:09:34and we wrote it about that.
01:09:36We felt like if we had this opportunity to get on this stage
01:09:39and if we had one song to play, this would be the song.
01:09:42This is the one.
01:09:44Us at Seventeen would have loved to hear this song.
01:09:46That's really important.
01:09:47And do you think you're going to win?
01:09:49We've been chasing this dream for a long, long time,
01:09:52and we feel like it's just the right moment.
01:09:54And timing sometimes is everything, right?
01:09:56Exactly, yeah.
01:09:57Exactly.
01:09:58We're all rooting for you, so best of luck.
01:10:01Thank you.
01:10:04Thank you.
01:10:07Guys, I like it.
01:10:10I like it when a group is performing.
01:10:13Yeah.
01:10:14I think they're going to be good.
01:10:19All right.
01:10:21Okay.
01:10:22Three, two...
01:10:31I grew up playing cowboys
01:10:34I liked to play pretend
01:10:36Bunch of kids in a backyard
01:10:38Back when it made sense
01:10:40We would speak our minds
01:10:42And say just what we meant
01:10:44That was the old me
01:10:46Nobody told me
01:10:48That everything changes
01:10:51Yeah, they said to me
01:10:53You better keep quiet
01:10:55If you want to fit in
01:10:57People don't talk about when it's 2 a.m.
01:11:01You're talking to yourself again
01:11:03You're digging a hole
01:11:05You're digging a hole
01:11:07People don't talk about trying to be yourself
01:11:10Or feeling like you're someone else
01:11:12You're not alone
01:11:14You're not alone
01:11:17I want to know everything that you don't say out loud
01:11:22Yeah, all the things that people don't talk about
01:11:29That people don't talk about
01:11:34Take a load off, take a breath
01:11:37Say it all, then say the rest
01:11:39If you let it out, you can let them in
01:11:43Take a load off, take a breath
01:11:46Say it all, then say the rest
01:11:48If you let it out, you can let them in
01:11:52People don't talk about when it's 2 a.m.
01:11:55You're talking to yourself again
01:11:57You're digging a hole
01:11:59You're digging a hole
01:12:01People don't talk about trying to be yourself
01:12:04Or feeling like you're someone else
01:12:07You're not alone
01:12:09You're not alone
01:12:12I want to know everything that you don't say out loud
01:12:17Yeah, all the things that people don't talk about
01:12:24That people don't talk about
01:12:28That people don't talk about

01:12:53and I don't usually respond to lyrics
01:12:56like I'm responding to this.
01:12:58You know, I've been very open,
01:13:00but my little soapbox is mental health,
01:13:02and there's a stigma attached,
01:13:04and the thing that I'm trying to do
01:13:06is I'm trying to make it
01:13:08My little soapbox is mental health,
01:13:10and there's a stigma attached,
01:13:12and the thing that allows me to survive
01:13:14is the ability to talk about it.
01:13:19This song is an important song,
01:13:21and I think that you are going to go a long way
01:13:24in this competition.

01:14:32in terms of mental health,
01:14:34and that's what was important to us.
