3 large eggs & 1 egg white* (room temperature)
1/2 cup (4oz/115g) sugar (divided)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup (5oz/142g) all-purpose flour
Tiramisu
Mascarpone cheese 225g
Heavy Cream 187.5g
Egg Yolk 51g (about 3 egg yolks)
Sugar 48g
Water 20g
Coffee Syrup:
40ml Water
6gr of instant coffee
42ml of water
0.8gr Instant Coffee
16gr sugar
5ml rum
