00:34They told me good design, materials, and meticulous attention to detail in finishes really mattered

00:48The foreshore as a whole is highly sought-after, but the Sapphire here is across the water
00:54from the main dining district, which means that it offers more privacy and a quiet outlook.

01:08On the ground floor, the Sapphire has things like a well-known Pilates studio, a hair salon,
