00:04Built in 1902 by the railroad baron and financier John J. Phelps,

00:08Rogers Island spans over eight acres.

00:11It is currently owned by Greg Jensen, a co-chief investment officer at Bridgewater Associates,

00:16one of the world's largest hedge funds.

00:19He purchased the island for $45 million in 2018 and has since extensively renovated it,

00:25blending its historic Tudor architecture with modern amenities.

00:28The island itself is a retreat of opulence,

00:31featuring a main residence of nearly 8,750 square feet with 10 bedrooms,

00:37numerous fireplaces, and large, ocean-facing windows.

00:41Additional structures include a guest cottage, an artist's studio,

00:45and various recreational facilities such as a pool,

00:47tennis court, and even a Jack Nicklaus-designed putting green.

00:51It also has three private beaches and is fully equipped with multiple septic systems,

00:56a generator, and a modernized electrical system connected to the mainland,
