00:00What it means is two Labour governments, one in Wales, one in Westminster, working together
00:05in a genuine partnership, in a relationship of trust, respect and collaboration to deliver
00:11benefits for people right across Wales and obviously right across the United Kingdom
00:16through the UK Government. The Prime Minister's on his second visit to Wales in seven weeks,
00:21he was here yesterday as well and he was here just a couple of days after he was appointed
00:26after the election and today he's at an onshore wind farm in West Wales with the new First
00:32Minister. We are going to need more steel, not less, in the future because of the infrastructure
00:37that we want to build and the renewable energy that we need to deliver. So I hope that we will
00:44see results of the negotiations between the Government and Tata very soon about Government
00:51investment in our steel industries of the future. We went into the election with a two and a half
00:56billion pound green steel fund as well as the 500 million pounds committed by the previous Government
01:02and we want to partner with private companies in order to deliver on the steel that we need and I
01:08want that steel to be made in Wales because I think Welsh steel is the best steel in the world.
