00:11I let guys know you can't get bored with seeing the good plays that CJ is able to make.

00:18It's rare to see a young player make the plays that he makes.

00:22He's doing a great job, a great job of getting better each and every day.

00:40I could tell pretty early from the conversations that he knows ball.

00:45He understands football from just a big picture scale.

00:50And so some of those things, it's like, I didn't necessarily hear what he wanted,

00:55but I knew he was trying to say something.

00:58And it's like, we just found a way to be on the same page

01:01by just seeing the same picture on the back end.

01:24He's always been that vocal leader, you know, since day one.

01:27I feel like that was kind of surprising, you know,

01:28as a rookie quarterback to come in and lead the way he did.

01:31And, you know, he came in with a chip on his shoulder ready to lead.

01:34You know, that's the way a quarterback should be when you first come in.

01:37I feel like he got that year under his belt now.

01:39So I feel like now he knows what to expect.

01:41You know, he knew how to lead, you know.

01:44But I feel like, man, the sky's the limit for him, you know.

01:46And he's calm and collected, man, just the way he go about his business every day.
