00:00President Bumbong Marcos will find out if the former Bamban Tarlac Mayor, Alice Guo, is really out of the country.

00:09According to the President, Guo's departure shows corruption that weakens the justice system of the country and the trust of the public.

00:18It is being investigated to find out who helped the former mayor to leave and answer them to the law.

00:26Guo will receive an arrest warrant from the Senate because he did not comply with the hearings.

00:31He is also facing a complaint of qualified human trafficking related to the raid of Pogo in Bamban.

00:37Second, the documents released by Senator Risa Ontiveros show that Guo is already out of the country.

00:43Guo's lawyer, Attorney Stephen David, insists that Guo is still in the Philippines based on their conversation this Monday.

00:51He also admitted that he did not personally see his client.
