00:00Our goal is to produce 400 million cans a year.
00:05We've got to put a powder line in, the market for powdered fruit and vegetable products
00:09is extraordinary.
00:10I was in London not that long ago and it was five English pounds for 35 grams of powdered
00:17beetroot.
00:18Like, we can do it for a third that price and it means we use 100% of the crop.
00:25So when a farmer's negotiating his supply contract, it's for everything.
00:30And then we've got the methane plant so that we can burn all the green waste in the region
00:35to fuel not only our trucks but the factory as well.
00:44The good news about this facility being built on this site is that it will produce a product
00:49that will either be equal to or better than any imported product.
00:54The best example I can think of is tomato paste.
00:57The Italians bring millions of those little cans into this country every year.
01:02We can produce it and sell it probably for better than they can land it in the port.
01:07Tomatoes is a classic example of what's not happening.
01:11So we will grow a lot of tomatoes to produce a lot of product.
