00:00And I do get to sit in an old antique car, probably older than me.
00:04So that's quite an experience.
00:06But I mean, it's rare to see cars that are older than me on the road these days anyway.
00:16Hi everyone, this is Zetong here.
00:21I'm playing Zhang Jingquan in The Little Mermaid.
00:30He's the youngest son in the family.
00:33I'm a bit impulsive, a bit smart and a bit arrogant.
00:40I'm on the Emerald Hill set right here in Malacca.
00:43And I'm playing the role named Huang Ziyue.
00:46He's also the son of Shanpen Yueniang, the character played by Jeanette Au.
00:51What's your favorite scene?
00:55There was a scene where I had to smash a glass
01:00and hit Tianwen's forehead with a cup.
01:05Of course, the cup was already broken.
01:08It was a prop.
01:10But when I hit him with the cup, I fell asleep.
01:13It was like a broken glass.
01:15When I'm filming action scenes,
01:18I feel like I'm the one hitting people.
01:21It's the most stressful part.
01:23So I was worried that there would be a lot of NGs
01:26or that I would accidentally hit Tianwen's forehead.
01:29But luckily, everything went well during the shoot.
01:32So it was just one take.
01:34And the result was great.
01:36Oh, definitely. I think not everyone gets to do this.
01:39I get to sit in an antique car quite often.
01:43Because my family is rather well-to-do.
01:46So I do have a driver of my own.
01:48And I do get to sit in an old antique car
01:51that is probably older than me.
01:53So that's quite an experience.
01:55But it's rare to see cars that are older than me on the road these days.
02:06Tomorrow, I might have a free day.
02:08I'm starting the shoot very late, which is after sunset.
02:11So I might be venturing out
02:13just to do some things on my own
02:15and just to definitely have some food
02:18that is uniquely found in Melaka.
02:20So I have a few options.
02:22I saw that there's one that's Melaka Bak Kut Teh.
02:24And then I saw that there's another place
02:26where they sell Gula Melaka-themed cafes.
02:30So either one of them might be my lunch tomorrow.
02:33When I'm filming overseas,
02:35one of the things I look forward to the most is after work.
02:38We can all get together to have a meal
02:41and chat and hang out.
02:43I don't think it's a bad idea to have a drink or two.
02:47So I think we're all very happy to eat and drink.
02:51We'll get together again tonight.
02:55So I'll try to make sure that when we have time,
02:57we all go out together
02:59and hang out, whether it's a massage or shopping.
03:09I was quite nervous when I first met her
03:11for our first script read.
03:13On the surface, she seems to be quite a stern person.
03:16She's behaving that way because she's very professional
03:19with her craft, which I understand.
03:21So there were moments where I didn't know
03:24if I should be a bit more cheeky here
03:26or should I be a bit more playful here
03:28in case she finds me unprofessional.
03:31But after that first script read,
03:33we had our own private session.
03:35She was very nice.
03:36She actually initiated a session with me individually,
03:39just the two of us.
03:40And then we sat down
03:41and we went through our scripts again.
03:43So that really helped me get to know her
03:45a lot better personally.
03:47And then also interact with her
03:49and get her advice on how to play out certain scenes
03:52as a mother and son.
03:54Alright, thank you, Asia-1.
03:55Please continue to support

04:03when it's out in 2025.
04:06See you soon.
