00:00You can really watch a lot of cool anime on Netflix.
00:03Nevertheless, there are still so many animes we would like to see on Netflix,
00:06which should definitely be available there.
00:09And 10 of them will be presented by Consumer and me to you today.
00:12After the intro.
00:20Almost everyone has Netflix.
00:22Because there is something for everyone on Netflix.
00:24They don't just have anime.
00:25In addition, these providers have licensed a lot of popular anime in recent years.
00:30Series like Death Note, Code Geass and Tokyo Ghoul can be streamed there.
00:34And even the most successful anime film of all time, Your Name.
00:37Of course, you would like to see a few more cool anime.
00:41So let's start with the first one.
00:43One of the best sports anime ever.
00:45Kuroko no Basket.
00:46The basketball anime is about the huge Tiger Kagami,
00:49who meets Kuroko at the beginning of his high school years.
00:52He was the invisible member of the generation of miracles.
00:55A team that used to be unbeatable.
00:58But he didn't stand out much back then.
01:00And that's exactly his talent.
01:02He can make himself almost invisible on the field.
01:05Suddenly he comes out of a corner where you didn't expect him at all.
01:08Together they want to win the nationwide championship with their team.
01:12But for that, Kuroko has to face his former teammates.
01:16Will they be able to beat these legends together?
01:19Kuroko no Basket is one of the titles that are extremely popular,
01:22but never made it to us.
01:24No wonder, because season 1 came out in 2012.
01:27And there were no simulcasts yet.
01:29And no one dared to license a sports anime.
01:32But with the success of Haikyuu, it should be possible to inspire anime fans for basketball.
01:37Right?
01:38Especially the cool animations, but also the really impressive characters,
01:42make you want to keep watching.
01:44But if you want it to be a little quieter and more romantic,
01:46Dea would also be very happy about the next anime.
01:49F-A Tale of Memories.
01:50At least that's what season 1 is called.
01:52The series tells several love stories that are also related to each other.
01:57One of them goes like this.
01:58Hiro is a poor student who also draws shoujo mangas.
02:02So mangas for girls.
02:03After he meets a strange woman in a church on a cold Christmas night,
02:07his bike is stolen.
02:09The girl tries to catch a backpack thief on a motorcycle.
02:12But she doesn't get far and so Hiro finds her unconscious on the street.
02:16The two become friends and get closer and closer over time.
02:20But Miyako is not the only girl in his life.
02:23His childhood friend Kei also has a strong influence on him.
02:26For whom will he decide?
02:27F-A Tale of Memories is an emotional romance that can be a little close to you.
02:32And if Netflix should already license season 1, then the second one too.
02:36Just don't do half the work, just because season 2 is not so closely related to season 1.
02:41But if you prefer to see something funnier, then Maid Summer would be the right series.
02:45It's a romantic comedy.
02:47Maid Summer takes place in a former boys' school.
02:49However, girls are only admitted for a short time and so the number of students is rather low.
02:55But the president of the school council Misaki wants to change this.
02:58She also wants to create an inviting atmosphere for the girls.
03:02But that's not so easy, especially if you still have a side job.
03:05And no one can learn anything from that.
03:07Because she works in a maid cafe.
03:09If the boys would find out, her reputation would be gone.
03:13But that's exactly what happens.
03:14At least she saw the popular Takumi.
03:17But when she comes to school the next day, nothing happens.
03:19He didn't tell her anything.
03:21But why? What does he want?
03:23And that's how this funny romcom begins.
03:25Maid Summer is one of the few romance anime where you really learn to love both main characters.
03:30Takumi and Misaki.
03:31Not one of them just serves as a stand-in for the viewer.
03:34And also in the next anime, all the characters are really unique.
03:37Namely in the historical gangster anime Bakano.
03:40This one takes place in the early 30s in America.
03:43Yes, that's right. America, the early 30s.
03:45You don't see something like that every day in anime form.
03:48Bakano also tells several stories like F, but they are connected.
03:51And even on several time levels.
03:53So if you're up for Ganoven and the Mafia, you're in the right place.
03:57That would also be a really cool Netflix anime.
03:59Because even non-anime fans can watch it without any problems.
04:03Because that's how it's often compared to Tarantino movies.
04:05Tokyo Magnitude, on the other hand, is an anime that gets stuck in your throat.
04:10It's about a young couple who are visiting a robot exhibition alone.
04:15But then it happens.
04:16A heavy earthquake shakes Tokyo.
04:19The Tokyo Tower, but also the Rainbow Bridge, crash into each other.
04:22Helplessly, the two wander around and meet the young Mari.
04:25She accompanies them on their way home.
04:28Tokyo Magnitude is a realistic drama anime.
04:30And it's precisely this realism that makes the anime so oppressive.
04:34Just the thought that something like this could really happen in Japan
04:37often leaves you speechless.
04:39If you're ready for this emotional torture, you should definitely watch it.
04:43It will be worth it, also for Netflix, so take it into account.
04:46The next anime is actually already on Netflix.
04:48But only the first season.
04:49The story is from the Monogatari series.
04:51It tells several short stories, which, of course, are connected again.
04:55So Araragi solves the problems of very different girls.
04:59But these usually have a supernatural origin.
05:02For example, his classmate, Senju Gahara, weighs almost nothing.
05:06But Araragi is not an ordinary high school student either.
05:09He was bitten by a vampire during the holidays.
05:12As a result, he now has enormous self-healing powers.
05:14And he needs them too, because otherwise he would have died in many situations.
05:18The Monogatari series is just huge.
05:20That's why I was surprised that it was licensed at all.
05:24But if you start something, you should also bring it to an end.
05:27Even if this will certainly continue.
05:29So Netflix, get the other seasons too.
05:31But which series did Konsuma choose?
05:34Ready? Okay!
05:35Hi! I'll be your guide!
05:38And with this little musical introduction, I welcome you here on Kaisen.
05:42My name is Konsuma.
05:44I'm an anituber.
05:45And I have the honor to introduce you to my four titles,
05:49which I still miss on Netflix.
05:51Let's get straight to my number one.
05:53And that's to put it literally.
05:54Because it's my favorite anime of all time.
05:58The story is from Ranma 1.5.
06:01But let's get to the core data first.
06:02The thing was first released in Japan in 1989.
06:06It has 161 episodes.
06:09But there are only 80 of them in German.
06:11And the whole thing can be classified into the genres
06:15action, comedy, martial arts, harem, ecchi,
06:19romance.
06:20And yes, that's actually a pretty crazy colorful mixture that somehow covers everything.
06:25And that's why the anime is so fantastic.
06:27As I said, it's my all-time favorite.
06:30Which of course also has to do with the fact that there are a lot of emotions and a lot of memories attached to it.
06:34It was just the anime that tore me apart back then.
06:37And that's why I would just like it to come back on Netflix.
06:41Briefly, what is it about?
06:42For everyone who has never heard of this title.
06:44It's about the young Ranma, who is a martial artist.
06:46And unfortunately, on a journey to China, he fell into a desired source.
06:51To which he now has the curse,
06:53that when he comes into contact with cold water, he turns into a woman.
06:57With warmth, he becomes a man again.
06:58But, well, the trouble is pre-programmed.
07:01Because it rains more often, he gets a bucket of water more often.
07:04And the big problem is, while he actually just wants to fight and get stronger and stronger,
07:07he unfortunately also has that,
07:10shall we call it misfortune?
07:11Actually, most people would probably feel it more as luck.
07:13He has very, very many fiancés, because his father, a scoundrel, has really screwed him up.
07:18Well, that leads to various fights, constant arguments.
07:22Some of them actually fall in love with him.
07:24But he doesn't really feel like it.
07:26Then there is of course the one girl, where he would never admit that he actually feels something for her,
07:30just as she would never admit it to him.
07:33And it's just an incredibly awesome, fantastic, funny, humorous and, above all, charming anime.
07:39So don't let the look, which has only gotten a little older, distract you from the 4 to 3.
07:45This thing is worth gold.
07:47Well, let's get to title number two.
07:49We want to speed up a bit here.
07:50And now we come to a title that is not that outstanding.
07:53But I would still like to see it again.
07:55And the talk is about, and probably no one expects it,
07:57Jan, the Kamikaze Demon.
08:00That should also be known by name at least.
08:02It's about the reborn Jeanne D'arc,
08:05who now fights against evil in Japan as a young student, Maron.
08:10And for that, the role of Jeanne D'arc,
08:12or Jeanne, the Kamikaze Demon in this case,
08:14catches the evil demons,
08:18who try to cause harm, of course.
08:20And that's actually a very classic story,
08:22it goes in a direction like Sailor Moon,
08:23only that it has religious references here.
08:26And she, in principle, also fights against Satan,
08:29who, however, is referred to as the evil king in the anime version.
08:32The whole thing has 44 episodes,
08:34was released in 2001 on RTL2,
08:37is primarily so exciting,
08:39because there is an interesting triangular relationship between Maron,
08:42her best friend, who stupidly works for the police
08:45and tries to catch Jeanne, the Kamikaze Demon,
08:47and the common friend,
08:49who also has a secret identity,
08:53namely as Sindbad,
08:54fights against Jeanne, the Kamikaze Demon.
08:57And well, more or less, not everyone knows that,
08:59and some know it,
09:00and it's a big drama, what's going on there.
09:04And yes, I would absolutely like to see it on Netflix,
09:06the 44 episodes would be great,
09:08if they would come back.
09:10The next title,
09:11everyone should have seen it,
09:13and I mean that very seriously,
09:14that's a title, if you want to be an anime fan,
09:17if you call yourself that,
09:18you have to have seen it,
09:19and we're talking about Dragon Ball,
09:21the original Dragon Ball anime,
09:23from 1986, from Toei Animation,
09:26153 episodes,
09:28which were released on RTL2 in 1999,
09:31and with,
09:31the best for me are in the area of
09:34martial arts,
09:35and especially long-lived shounen anime.
09:37There are many great ones,
09:38but the original Dragon Ball anime
09:39has the most charm for me.
09:42Of course, it belongs in the category action, martial arts,
09:44and also enhanced comedy,
09:46because actually, compared to the later seasons,
09:48so Dragon Ball Z onwards,
09:49it wasn't comedy anymore,
09:51but there,
09:52a lot of value was actually put on,
09:56well, fun,
09:57and likeable characters,
09:59and that's why I think it would be great,
10:01if someone would officially record it in the stream,
10:03because we have the problem here as well,
10:05it doesn't exist anywhere,
10:06no one streams it,
10:08you can only buy it in volumes,
10:10which are all very expensive,
10:11so if you want to see everything together,
10:13that's a lot of money, friends.
10:14In this respect, I would like
10:16that someone would record it in the show,
10:18and why not Netflix?
10:19They would do very well there.
10:20Hm? Hm? Hm? Hm?
10:22Yes.
10:23Let's get to the fourth title.
10:24Now a little bit different,
10:26by the way, a title,
10:27which didn't run on RTL2,
10:28nor, let's be honest, ever, in Germany,
10:30which is an absolute nonsense,
10:32if you ask me,
10:33because for me,
10:34it's the best romance anime.
10:35Blblblbl.
10:36The best romance anime.
10:38And it's about
10:40Near You,
10:41or as it's called in the original,
10:42Kimi ni Todoke,
10:44which was released in 2009,
10:46for the first time by Production IG,
10:48that's certainly a name that will tell you something.
10:5037 episodes in two seasons.
10:52It's about a young girl,
10:54Sawako,
10:55who is very introverted,
10:57doesn't find any friends,
10:58and generally has difficulties
11:00to deal with people.
11:01And of course, the most popular student,
11:03but behaves quite normally towards her,
11:05a friendship develops,
11:07and of course even more,
11:08who would have thought,
11:09is a really heartbreaking story,
11:11with a lot of kitsch,
11:12with a lot of tears.
11:14You have to like that.
11:15It's really romance,
11:16110% in this case.
11:18And if you're not a romantic monster,
11:21like me,
11:21Everybody loves somebody.
11:25then maybe that's a bit too much for you.
11:28I, at least,
11:29love this anime.
11:30It's great,
11:31and that's why I find it terrible,
11:32that it has never been officially released in Germany,
11:34apart from the manga volumes.
11:36There are actually 30 of them.
11:37They were only released this year,
11:382019,
11:40in Germany completely.
11:41And well,
11:42now it's time for the anime, friends.
11:44Or not?
11:45It would be great, if it would be on Netflix.
11:48But now your opinion is asked,
11:49what do you say about my four titles?
11:51Otherwise,
11:52we'll see each other next time,
11:53and in the comments.
11:54I'm definitely friends there.
11:56Until then!
11:56And that was him,
11:57the genius consumer.
11:58Be sure to stop by him,
12:00because he doesn't just talk about old anime,
12:02but also the new ones are regularly represented by him.
12:05So leave your subscription there,
12:06and help him get the 1000 subscribers.
12:09But before that, write your favorite anime for Netflix in the comments.
12:12Which anime would you like to see on Netflix?
12:14Then press the like button,
12:16and don't forget to subscribe.
12:17Also activate the bell,
12:18so you don't miss a video.
12:20See you in the next video.
12:21Until then!
