Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "One of the Prophets, peace and blessings of God be upon him, fought Jihad, and he said to his people: The person who married should not go with me and he wanted to bring her to his home." But he still could not bring it to his house and the person who built the house should not go with meIts roofs are not raised, nor should a person go with me who has bought a goat or a pregnant camel and is expecting her child. They intended to wage Jihad, and they approached the settlement (with which Jihad was to be waged) at or near the Asr prayer, and they said to the sun: You are also in duty and I am also in duty, O Allah! Let it stay, so it was stayed until Allah gave them victory, they collected booty, the fire came to burn it but it did not burn it. He said: There is a traitor among you, one man from each tribe should pledge allegiance to me. They brought a head of gold equal to a cow's head and it was kept as booty, then fire came and consumed it. And it has been quoted more in a hadith: "Before us booty was not lawful for anyone, then Allah made booty lawful for us. He saw our weakness and humility and declared it lawful for us." Agreed.
