00:00Hi, I'm Chas Barker, I'm the lead game designer of Starship Troopers Extermination.
00:07Let me tell you about something we're introducing to the game.
00:10It's this monstrosity of a tank, but in bug shape.
00:14It's called the Tanker Bug.
00:15It has a suite of different moves that it's going to ruin your day.
00:20We're trying to make the Tanker Bug experience as close to the movie as possible.
00:29It's going to do as much damage as possible before it probably gets mad at you.
00:35I'm Tamiris Parat, a.k.a. Tammy.
00:37I'm the lead environment artist on Starship Troopers Extermination.
00:41Boreas.
00:42This is an icy planet that has been infected by a bug meteor.
00:47The bugs have had time to mutate and evolve within that frosty environment.
00:53That's where our players are going to be able to encounter the Frost Drone and the Frost Warrior.
00:59So we're very excited to introduce this new biome to you guys and we really hope that you guys enjoy it.
01:08I'm Peter Maurice, project lead for Starship Troopers Extermination.
01:12Our goal for single player is to introduce a new way to progress your character and prepare you for 16 player multiplayer.
01:20A really cool aspect that we wanted was bringing General Rico in.
01:23He's now in charge of a special operations group.
01:27He's forming the best of the best from all military branches and he's invited you to come and try out for a special operations group.
01:37When we launch in console in October of 2024, that is just the start of a very robust roadmap of features and gameplay moments that we'll be bringing in.
01:46So you can expect to see tons more bugs and worlds to explore in Starship Troopers Extermination.
