00:00What up, it's Dead Poets Society, and once again, we're looking at the van.

00:14This is our third episode with you guys.

00:19First time was a minivan, second time was a regular van.

00:22Now we're in this fucking bitch right here, and we got the Bug Death in the front.

00:28And we're going to take you inside and you're going to look at the 70s sex rug.

00:32Okay, so this is the front seat here.

00:35Will, me, and our sound guy Dex usually do all the driving.

00:40And I got my pillow up here, and then I got this.

00:47This might be the best invention ever in human history.

00:56So it just clips on right here, and then you can just fucking put your phone right

01:20Sometimes fans will bring us, there's a woman actually coming tonight, her name is Tammy.

01:24She'll get us like care packages before our tour, and she buys us like hundreds and hundreds

01:33of dollars worth of protein bars.

01:35And so if you look carefully, you'll see scattered throughout the car is just carcasses of random

01:42protein bars everywhere, because we don't clean our van ever.

01:47And yeah.

01:48Get some underwear down there, get that, there we go.

01:54I mean, usually the mornings, like we swap driving shifts, so these bunks will shift.

02:00What do we got up here normally?

02:04We got a charging system that Jack brought.

02:08Jack's got some creatine.

02:09We got a lot of miscellaneous floaters that just kind of like, that just happened.

02:15We got batteries.

02:16I don't know, so I have this cup that I haven't used once.

02:19No, no, no, show them what you got.

02:22Fuck yeah.

02:23So we got this here.

02:24This is essential for every tour.

02:26It's just a giant thing of mayonnaise, that looks so gross.

02:30Yeah, but I consume a disturbing amount of mayonnaise, which I need to stop doing because

02:38it's making me fat, but that's there.

02:42This is dog shit though.

02:44Usually if the venue provides like some Hellmann's or something, I'll usually take that.

02:49Always take that.

02:50Do we have anything else of interest in here?

02:53Oh, these picks.

02:55Stop fucking making these picks.

03:00Don't do that.

03:01So when we got this van, we got it in advance from our label to put down for a van, and

03:09my roommate found this one, and somebody had already pre-fabricated the inside, I guess,

03:17since I added insulation and a recessed fan, and at first it was just this bench seat,

03:23and then it was just open here, and this folds down into a bed, but this table and these

03:28two chairs weren't here, and so what we did to make it more comfortable was this bean

03:33bag right here, we put this in, and this was originally in the corner back here, and then

03:38I bought a seatbelt on Amazon, and I tied it to the bottom of this chair right here,

03:45so that the person in the bean bag could use the seatbelt.

03:48Now, in a crash, yeah, Dylan, so in a crash, they're not going to survive.

03:54They're going to die, 100%.

03:56But at least their body won't fly around the van and kill other people, and that was my

04:02logic behind it.

04:03And it gives them peace of mind while we're driving.

04:05Right, exactly.

04:06It makes them feel safe.

04:09So for this door, we added these two seats and this table here, because when we were

04:13in Europe, we had a van that had a table in it, and it was super useful for our guitarist

04:18who does like composing, trailer work, and stuff like that, and our photographer, he

04:23sits there, and he, you know, does the vlogs and figures out merch and shit like that,

04:30so great investment, putting these little babies in, and then got the cupholders, and

04:39yeah.

04:40I don't know how many elbows we got here.

04:41Yeah, we are.

04:42This is clean, by the way.

04:43This is post-cleaning.

04:44So, yeah, that's what mostly goes on back here.

04:45We got a little mattress topper down there.

04:46That never gets used.

04:47I think we used it like three times.

04:48I don't think anyone wants to use it.

04:49It's just covered in dirt.

04:50Yeah, it's very gross.

04:51And, like, banana peels.

04:52Yeah.

04:53But, yeah, it's actually kind of nice back here when you're like, just like, hanging

05:02out.

05:03So, we have this, we got this, like, 70s sex rug in here, which is, as you can tell, very

05:22gross right now, but we only wash it at the end of tours, and it keeps this, like, under

05:29here remotely clean, sort of.

05:31So, we got that, and I cut it up so that it fit around all the different shit in here,

05:36and then we got these coat racks up here, which, you know, actually are being used.

05:42I didn't think anybody really ever used them.

05:45I hung a suit up in here one time, and it was there for like four months, and that was

05:49it.

05:50But, yeah, you can see various things on our rider kind of scattered across the floor here,

05:59like peanut butter.

06:00Hey, we got some Coke over there, and then there's bananas underneath my backpack over

06:07there on the floor, and, yeah, so this back here kind of turns into, like, a little storage

06:14area.

06:15So, we got the remains of our little care package from Tammy, got more protein, more

06:22protein down here.

06:24So, I don't eat before shows.

06:27I just drink protein shakes, because if anything has, like, onions or garlic in it, like, completely

06:33fucks me up.

06:34So, I found that it's just safe to just stick the protein shakes, and, yeah, Will's got

06:41his little tote thing here.

06:43This was supposed to be a trash can, and it's never been used once, but, actually, there's

06:47a couple things in there.

06:48Yeah.

06:49It doesn't fit much trash.

06:50It doesn't.

06:52The amount of trash we produce compared to that thing.

06:55One gas station stop alone, man.

06:59We stop at a lot of gas stations still.
