Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) bersama Presiden terpilih Prabowo Subianto menyepakati anggaran pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) di Kalimantan Timur hanya Rp143 miliar. Kesepakatan itu pun dicatatkan dalam Buku Nota Keuangan II Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (RAPBN) 2025.
