00:00Hello, my name is Guillaume. I've been at Dailymotion for the past 10 years. I'm the
00:04Chief Operating Officer. I run a bunch of teams from design, product, engineering,
00:09data, marketing, quality and support, and content policies as well. Dailymotion is
00:14a video platform. We have 350 million global users. We're both a destination
00:20platform and a technology. In France, for example, 90% of the media uses our
00:25technology to distribute their videos online. Society is calling for a change,
00:29especially regarding video platform and internet. We at Dailymotion have to
00:33implement the new generation, a new version of video platform. In order to
00:37do so, we have to do a lot of product innovation and implement a lot of AI in
00:41our new product. I'd like to share with you the two reasons I've joined Dailymotion
00:4510 years ago. I especially care about respect and environment where we care
00:49about each other, and this is what I found at Dailymotion over the past 10
00:52years. The second thing I care the most about in my daily job is to have an
00:58global impact and an impact beyond my own job. I mean an associative impact,
01:02and this is what I can do at Dailymotion on a daily basis.
