(Adnkronos) - “Dobbiamo contrastare le negatività dell’andamento demografico, con due leve importanti: utilizzare al meglio l’innovazione tecnologica e portare nel mondo del lavoro non solo le donne, e le giovani donne, ma anche i giovani in generale”. Così il ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche sociali, Marina Calderone, intervenendo al Meeting di Rimini. Nel corso del confronto, illustrata anche l'esperienza di Philip Morris che in provincia di Bologna ha il suo più grande stabilimento del mondo: welfare aziendale, formazione continua e possibilità di crescita, la formula per attirare e crescere talenti.
