01:04Which the Sufis have given the title of these terms, control and restlessness
01:10The more the sensitivity in a person, the more the intelligence
01:15The more the amplitude of these waves
01:21A person is less intelligent, less sensitive
01:24It is true that they will come, but the amplitude of that wave
01:29There will not be a lot of up and down in it
01:33But the more this matter increases, the amplitude of this wave increases
01:40But the matter of a normal person is that he stays within the limits
01:44When this state becomes abnormal
01:48This is our modern psychological medicine
01:52It is called Maniac Depressive Psychosis
01:57If there is despair, it is as if the back is broken
02:01And in this depression there are suicides
02:05He commits suicide, depression
02:09There is no visible aspect of light, no aspect of hope
02:14There is no form, there is no hope
02:17Where should I go, where should I look, who should I call
02:20I can't face these realities
02:23And when a person feels, I can't face these realities
02:26He commits suicide
02:29And when there is a state of insolence
02:32Then a person is running a lot, he is running, he is excited
02:35There is hard work, there is hope
02:38Now there is a visible aspect of everything, this is strange
02:41Actually, I have had some experience
02:44This disease was also present in our family
02:48My late father had been a patient of Maniac Depressive Psychosis for a long time
02:55This matter happens
02:57Anyway, maybe our family comes in that category
03:01In this, intelligence is relatively more, sensitivity is also relatively more
03:06This is another thing that if a person adopts this as a philosophy
03:10That you have to make yourself stubborn
03:12This can also become a philosophy
03:14But if a person leaves his nature, then these two conditions come
03:19In these conditions, if this upward and downward movement goes beyond a limit
03:25Then this is a disease, Maniac Psychosis, Maniac Depressive Psychosis
03:29In this, when a person is in that upward state
03:32Then there is a lot of greatness, light, hope
03:37He is talking to people, he is laughing
03:40Now he is feeling interested in the gathering
03:45And he is seeing the bright side of everything
03:49The bright side of his own existence, the existence of others
03:53He will look for the good side of others
03:57He will not look for the bad side
03:59When there is a second state of depression
04:01Everyone will see something bad in everything
04:03Someone has a bad intention, someone has a disorder
04:06Someone is talking with bad intentions
04:09There is no goodness anywhere, only badness is badness
04:12Disappointment is disappointment, malice is malice
04:15This is in fact that state
04:18Ghalib has interpreted it in the best way
04:22In intelligent and sensitive people
04:25Their progress is through these stages
04:29And after every depression
04:32I am not using the word depression in that sense
04:35That is, it is not a disease-related depression
04:38It is just a matter of reaching the level of control
04:41After every control, when control comes
04:44Then progress happens
04:46Which you call by leaps and bounds
04:49The man jumps
04:51That is, beyond the previous level
04:54The man reaches a higher position
04:57After every control, a new state comes
05:00A new state, a new glory, a new height, a new rank
05:04This is what Ghalib has interpreted in a very beautiful way
05:08My nature stops
05:11Then there is more progress
05:14That is, even a poet
05:16There comes a time when the couplet is not being revealed
05:19The couplet is not being revealed
05:22There is a resistance in the nature, there is a restriction
05:25No words are being revealed
05:27But then when this state changes
05:30And when the state of control comes
05:32My nature stops
05:34Then there is more progress
05:36Then a new state comes
05:38A state of enlightenment
05:40That is, a completely new state, with a new glory
05:42This is the matter that is in the background of these blessed verses
05:46Therefore, now I am giving you a reference to it
05:49In Tafseer-e-Mazhari
05:51Qazi Sana'ullah Pani Pati Rehmatullah Alaih has said a very good thing
05:56That if the state of control is on a person
06:01Then in that state, this Surah Mubarakah holds the rank of Ikseer
06:06Because it was revealed to Prophet Muhammad
06:10In the same state of control
06:12It is clear
06:31All these verses will now look like pearls on a stick
06:35One word is control
06:37Now whatever happens in it
06:40And whatever I have described to you in narration
06:42That is also fitting
06:44The matter of suicide has also come
06:46It is fitting
06:48There is a narration in Bukhari Sharif
06:50That the Prophet says
06:52I was so distressed
06:54I was so worried
06:56That I used to think again and again
06:58To climb a mountain and throw myself
07:00Now you will feel all these matters
07:03As if all the knots have joined
07:06As if you are not able to get up at night
07:09Your nerves are so affected
07:12It is not just a state of emotions
07:15Your actual strength
07:17Your practical strength
07:19That is also so affected
07:21That many nights have passed and you could not get up at night
07:23On which Umm Jameel had the opportunity to say
07:26It seems that Muhammad your Satan has left you
07:29Now this sentence in its place
07:31It has a cut
07:35But the state due to which this sentence has come
07:37Look at it
07:39If you focus your attention on it
07:41You will know
07:43One word Qabz
07:45This was a state of Qabz
07:47This is a view of the state of that Qabz
07:49Because this too in reality
07:51The heart of the blessed
07:53Prophet Muhammad
07:55The revelation was revealed on it
07:57This is also a matter of internal feelings
07:59And conditions
08:01This too in reality
08:03This is the matter of the heart
08:05You cannot interpret it from the outside
08:07There were no such difficulties
08:09There were no such problems
08:11There was no such reaction
08:13There was no such matter of debate
08:15There was no such physical persecution
08:18These are all internal conditions
08:21And in reference to those internal conditions
08:23If you understand this Surah Mubarakah correctly
08:25Then the Sufis have understood
08:27The couplet of Iqbal
08:29Whatever you think of my complaint, you think of it as Rizwa
08:31The person who took me out of heaven
08:33The person who took me out of heaven
08:35Who else will understand?
08:37He will understand that it is the cry of a sad heart
