वाराणसी में काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर में सावन महीने में लगभग 50 लाख श्रद्धालुओं ने बाबा विश्वनाथ का दर्शन पूजन कर नया रिकॉर्ड बनाया है। जिस वजह से मंदिर के खजाने में भी बढ़ोत्तरी हुई है। पूरे सावन महीने में श्रद्धालुओं ने बाबा विश्वनाथ को दिल खोलकर एक करोड़ 15 लाख रुपये का चढ़ावा चढ़ाया है। यह चढ़ावा अभी और भी बढ़ सकता है क्योंकि अभी सिर्फ हुंडी दानपात्र में आए चढ़ावे की गिनती की गई है। ऑनलाइन और धातु के रूप में मिले चढ़ावे की गिनती अभी बाकी है। इस बार सावन महीने में 5 सोमवार पड़े थे। जिसमें श्रद्धालुओं ने बाबा का न सिर्फ दर्शन पूजन किया बल्कि दिल खोल कर चढ़ाव भी चढ़ाया है।
