Hundreds of sea lions take over California beach
Hundreds of California sea lions have taken over San Carlos Beach in Monterey, California, prompted local officials to close the area to people. Caution tape has been put up but crowds are still enjoying the animal spectacle and taking photos of the sea lions as they rest and play on the sand and in the water. Local residents say they've never seen a group of sea lions so large on the beach.
