00:00Now we review Cocaine Werewolf.
00:06Ladies and gentlemen, the universe does not want me to make this video.
00:16I have so much to say.
00:20Like comparing one of the best movies ever made, Jaws,
00:26and its impact on horror movies, because it spawned thousands of copycats,
00:33to Cocaine Bear, which, despite not being a great movie, was a fun movie,
00:41and spawned hundreds of copycats.
00:45And in fact, you have Meth Gator, which is Jaws, only cocaine bear with meth in an alligator.
00:57Hopefully I can get through this without something happening in my house,
01:04pulling me away from this video.
01:07I'm very frustrated, and that has nothing to do with this movie.
01:11Cocaine Werewolf is essentially a werewolf movie,
01:17where you have a werewolf that transforms from human to wolf when he does cocaine.
01:39To give you any idea of how low budget this is,
01:43this movie was probably made by the same people who did Teddy Scare.
01:52And, I mean, this movie was fun. Teddy Scare was fun.
01:58They're both made on pretty much a zero budget, with people being themselves,
02:04and there's a lot of terrible acting in this movie.
02:08And, I mean, I'm pretty sure there are plot elements that were just brought about.
02:13It's like, at one point a Super 8 camera shows up,
02:17and I think what happened is that they had a Super 8 camera,
02:20or maybe they found one at a garage sale,
02:23and they're like, yes, you know, here's the Super 8 camera,
02:27you know, let's incorporate this into the film.
02:30And, you know, okay.
02:32The werewolf masks in this movie, one of them looks very grounded and werewolf.
02:40It is a rubber mask from a Halloween shop.
02:43And the other one looks like my sister, with huge fangs and red eyes,
02:48and it's really over the top.
02:51And, you know, it also was purchased at a Halloween shop.
02:57So, there is no possibility that you would ever think this was a real werewolf,
03:11or be intimidated by this thing.
03:14This looks like a movie where a bunch of friends got together and said,
03:18hey, let's have some fun.
03:20The gore effects in this, some of them are pretty impressive for a zero budget,
03:25and some of them are really bad.
03:29I mean, you know, the gunshots, like, you just, no effort.
03:35No effort into the gunshots.
03:37And, you know, you look at this movie and you're just,
03:44you're so meh about many of the things that happened.
03:48But they definitely had fun.
03:50I mean, they're going to make another film.
03:52And I will admit, I was surprised by the amount of nudity in this movie.
03:58You know, you have a woman, she's certainly attractive,
04:01but she's not Hollywood starlet level.
04:04And, you know, I mean, wow.
04:07What you do get, there's a lot of.
04:10It's all kind of bunched up.
04:12But, like, they have a shower scene, and it's like, you know, you see a lot.
04:16You see a lot.
04:18Okay.
04:23There is, I mean, this film would have been better if the fake director,
04:29because part of the premise of this film is they're filming a werewolf movie.
04:32Or someone was filming a werewolf movie.
04:36I don't think originally they were filming a werewolf movie.
04:39They were originally filming a killer clown movie,
04:42and they added the werewolf movie part to increase the amount of werewolf at the beginning.
04:49So there's that.
04:51But they're filming a killer clown movie, and the director of this film is like,
04:56you know, let's super saturate this with nudity and sexuality.
05:02And that's not in the actual film.
05:06It's just in the director's mind.
05:09And, you know, there's a scene where he's saying, you know, like one of the crews,
05:15why are we filming this scene?
05:17And the director goes, because you can never have too many boobs or butts in a movie.
05:21And yes, but those chicks are not even dressed sexy.
05:27They're dressed normal.
05:29So you didn't put a lot of effort into that, did you?
05:33But you had fun.
05:35So, I mean, you know, obviously I ran into this film and I was like,
05:43okay, I'm going to watch it.
05:45And you know what?
05:47It was a more fun watch to me than Cuckoo,
05:50which the characters weren't as well defined.
05:56I mean, one of those things about filmmaking is, yes, there are people that are like,
06:00well, you know, I'm into production value.
06:04And I mean, there are people that think that Alien Resurrection is better than Alien
06:13because it has a higher production value.
06:16It has more characters.
06:18More things happen and there are more creatures.
06:21I don't agree.
06:23I don't think more is better.
06:25And this is the kind of film that shows it.
06:27Because whereas this is objectively not a good film,
06:31you know, the monster is just some dude in a silly rubber mask that's off the shelf.
06:38It doesn't look custom made for the movie.
06:40I was reasonably entertained.
06:44Now, because Cocaine Werewolf is kind of a niche film,
06:50it is for the crowd of people that say, you know, I don't care about production value.
06:57And they're a small crowd.
06:59I do think that some people will find some enjoyment in the movie.
07:06I was never bored.
07:08This is a so bad it's reasonable movie.
07:14I mean, you know, some of the acting is just abysmal.
07:17But this is the kind of movie that, yeah, okay.
07:20I watched it. I enjoyed it.
07:23It is for fans of the genre only.
07:24It is not a good film by any means.
07:28But it's not a bad film by any means.
07:31For what it is, it's very good.
07:35I mean, it's getting something like a 2.3 on IMDb.
07:40And I have seen much higher production movies that still get a 2.3 on IMDb.
07:48So for its budget, for its category, this is a gem.
07:52Compared to regular movies, I mean, there's no scene in this movie where you're going to mistake it for a Hollywood production.
08:01There's no scene in this movie where you're even going to mistake it for a B-movie or a made-for-TV movie.
08:07Because it's not those things.
08:09But it does kind of deliver on gore.
08:13I mean, you know, like there's a head removal scene that is pretty good.
08:18But, you know, it's fans of the genre only.
08:23It's meant to be a silly film.
08:26It's the, hey, look, we made a movie kind of movie.
08:29And, yeah, I mean, what can I really say about it?
08:34It's one of those, if I recommend this movie, people are going to be like, oh, that was trash.
08:39Why did you recommend it?
08:41And if I say it was bad, I'd be lying.
08:44So it's fans of the genre only, but it's high on the watch list for fans of the genre, if that makes any sense.
08:52So, yeah, you know, good job, guys.
08:56Probably see more of your films in the future.
08:59I'm Richard.
09:01Greetings, humans.
09:03It's your old pal, Randall the Rat, again.
09:05And I'm taking a break from eating your delicious face to remind you to comment, like, and subscribe.
09:11And why should you do that?
09:13Because one thing, see this bling here?
09:16Awesome, isn't it?
09:18Yeah, got a dragon on it.
09:20This is what you get if you go to the Conqueror and start the Great Wall of China Challenge.
09:26Yeah.
09:28Walk long enough, bike long enough, you can plant five trees and get this awesome necklace.
09:34Which the owner of this channel, Richard, has done for you.
09:38Because he wanted to plant five trees and get an awesome necklace.
09:41And for every thousand subscribers he gets, he also buys a bracelet from 4ocean.
09:48And they pull a pound of trash out of the ocean.
09:50So the more money he has, the more of these challenges he buys from the Conqueror.
09:55And the more trees he plants.
09:57For you!
09:59So if you comment, you like, and subscribe, he can buy more bracelets, pull more trash out of the ocean, and plant more trees.
10:08Isn't that awesome?
10:09Shouldn't you be doing that then?
10:12Be smart.
10:14Click that like button.
10:17Or I'll eat you.
10:19Might eat you anyway.
10:21You look delicious.
