झांसी के ग्राम पंचायत घुघुवा विकास खण्ड बड़ागांव में राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन एवं डेवलपमेंट अल्टरनेटिव के संयुक्त प्रयासों से ग्रीन एनर्जी द्वारा संचालित उज्जवल प्रेरणा महिला लघु उद्योग समिति की तरफ से सरसों के तेल का उत्पादन किया जा रहा है। प्लांट की सबसे खास बात ये है कि यह सौर ऊर्जा से संचालित होता है। इस प्लांट में 20 दुकानें है, जो समूह से जुड़ी महिलाओं को दी जाएगी। जिसमे वो अपना कारोबार कर अपनी आजीविका को बढ़ा सकेंगी। प्लांट में काम करने वाली महिलाओं ने बताया कि उनके समूह का नाम जेवल खण्डी महाराज है। जिससे वो पिछले कई सालों से जुड़ी है और समूह की शुरुआत पापड़ बनाने से की थी।

02:34So, we are not facing a lot of problems at home.
02:41When the season was going on, we used to get papad at a lower rate.
