00:00And now we begin to turn the page. Our next game here, our featured game, one of five in this 10 o'clock hour. Tottenham. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, first game of the Premier League season for them, hosting Everton. Let's get to the key of starting lineups. We'll start, Robbie Musto with the home side in Tottenham.
00:16Yeah, there's some changes here, Ahmed, for Spurs. A couple of forced changes to injury. Nothing defensively is different, but of course, when you watch Tottenham, you've got to watch the full-backs. Udoge on the left side and Pedro Poro. They get so high, so forward. It's very unusual, but really effective for their build-up play.
00:32Now, the first change in the middle of midfield, Yves Bissouma is back in favour with the manager. Benton Court had a really nasty head injury in the last game. He is still up for this game. Another change in midfield, which makes this team really attacking, is Kulishevski. He comes in the right side instead of Papsar. Here, of course, from that side, James Maddison will flood in these areas to try and really attack Everton.
00:52And another change here, on the left-hand side, Odebere makes his debut for Tottenham. Came in from Burnley in the summer, which pushes John Winson into the centre because new signing Dominic Solanke is out with an ankle injury.
01:03So, Everton have a change at right-back. Ashley Young was sent off in the last game. He's suspended, so Young debut here for Roman Dixon, playing at right-back. Big game, big moment for him in his Everton career.
01:14There's also a change in midfield from last season with Everton. Amadou Anana, a midfield player that they had, very big, powerful midfield man, has gone to Aston Villa. They got from Aston Villa Tim Ogunnam there to play in midfield alongside Idrissa Garnaghey.
01:28A little ageing now, but they're a decent foundation in there. The rest of it is pretty similar from last season. Dwight McNeil will cross with his really good left foot on that far side.
01:38Jack Harrison has gone on loan again from Leeds to this football club. Decorey is such an important player in terms of goals from midfield in support of their main man, Dominic Cavallaro. We're looking for a big goal-scoring season for Everton.
02:08Brighton and Hove Albion. Landefender's gone for. Milosevski to deliver.
02:21Coro again, encouraged to shoot. That's a fine stop by Pickford. Managed to get the Christian Romero effort away and then Maddison couldn't connect.
02:32Johnson is a pretty good supplier of crosses.
02:38Stryker's now the main man through the middle, so Lampard will have to benefit from those once he gets himself back and fit in the side.
02:47Jordan Pickford, Romero not able to start that little bit wider and then get the curl onto it.
02:54Son again, encouraged to shoot, and kept out by Pickford. Excellent stop by the Everton goalkeeper.
03:03Son's effort deflected.
03:09Pretty much at full stretch this time, Jordan Pickford.
03:13Once again, it's a nice out for him, takes a lot of the steam out of the shot.
03:24Maddison. Another excellent stop by Pickford. It's too easy for James Maddison then to get between Keane and Tarkovski.
03:36Johnson.
03:39Milosevski. Johnson again. It was a risky challenge.
03:44Back with Milosevski. Still he can't find the opening.
03:49But scores go in front.
03:54Brilliantly taken by the returning Yuzuru Osuma.
04:01His first Tottenham goal, and a blistering goal to put Lange-Postakoglu's team in front.
04:08Disciplined last week, out of the team last week, but back with a bang.
04:24Well, what a strike that was from Osuma.
04:27Said he was the main man in the middle of the park in terms of defensive duty.
04:31He's not really noted for his goal scoring.
04:33As he said, first goal for Tottenham here gives Lange-Postakoglu a nice big hug.
04:38That's a terrific strike, isn't it?
04:40Just said himself, the ball was nicely weighted, but still, beautiful connection.
04:45Look at that, hit with power and direction.
04:48Curling away from Pickford has got absolutely no chance.
04:51What a strike.
05:12Pickford's taken a risk, too much of a risk, and that is a gift for Song.
05:18Well upon well for Everton.
05:20And Jordan Pickford, the first to hold his hand up and to apologise to his teammates.
05:27So unnecessary from Everton's point of view.
05:37It was already a difficult afternoon for Sean Dyche's team.
05:42And it's got a whole lot worse.
05:48Well, what can you say? Full first touch from a goalkeeper.
05:51Against one of the fastest strikers in the Premier League.
05:54I mean, this is terrible, isn't it?
05:56Pickford, this is his favourite move, to shift it out to his left foot.
05:59Fair enough, but if it's not tight enough like that, then you need the super fast feet.
06:03Which goalkeepers are not renowned for, are they?
06:05In order to make up that ground.
06:06There we go, that's gone a yard and a half too far away.
06:09He's almost a little bit casual, thinking that, well, Song's got no chance of getting that ball.
06:13But that wasn't the case.
06:15And a real gift for the South Korean.
06:22Stoppage time at the end of the first half, a minimum of three additional minutes.
06:26McNeil with a corner kick.
06:29Tchaikovsky out, the corner swipe.
06:33Spurs struggling to get the ball away.
06:36And still they can't manage it.
06:41McNeil.
06:45Pickford.
06:50Petrovaro not picked up.
06:53Happy to have a go.
06:58Pickford with four in his defensive wall.
07:01And drilled just wide by James Madison.
07:08Madison's corner.
07:09Up the underside of the crossbar, and in.
07:15Christian Romero bludges for Spurs.
07:25Top-scoring defender in the Premier League last season.
07:28And up and running now against Everton.
07:36That's a good header.
07:38In between Keane and Tchaikovsky.
07:40I said he means it in the first half when he comes forward.
07:45Absolutely, the Argentinian does every single time.
07:48Such a determined character.
07:49Right in at Pickford's ball.
07:52Pickford's got to get it.
07:53It's always bending in towards him.
07:55Yes, he's got to come over some bodies, but that's what he's paid to do, Pickford.
07:59Perhaps a little bit shy, considering the error he made in the first half.
08:03That's inside the six-yard box.
08:05He's got to come and take charge.
08:11Robbenham.
08:13Now McNeil.
08:16FULL-TIME WHISTLE
08:19The charge is led by Miki van der Ven.
08:22It could go all the way.
08:23He's found Son, who finishes in style.
08:27And that has finished Everton.
08:31What a blistering run by Miki van der Ven.
08:35Quickest performer in the Premier League last season.
08:38And going through the gears to set up Son for his second and Tottenham's fourth.
08:45FULL-TIME WHISTLE
09:04Phenomenal run by van der Ven.
09:07Who might have gone off injured in the first half.
09:11It's gone unnoggly for Everton, hasn't it?
09:14Super run, McNeil's attempted pass for Beto is intercepted.
09:18What a look at that, he's gone some 75-80 yards.
09:21Not only the run, Tony, through the middle of the five,
09:23but the weight of the pass, the timing of it to Son,
09:26who I thought had perhaps delayed.
09:27He was a little bit wide with his first touch after having scored his first goal of the season.
09:31There we go.
09:32Tottenham's main man in terms of getting goals last season.
09:37Fires it through the legs here.
09:39A little bit of luck through the legs of Jordan Pickford.
09:41And he knew England's number one.
09:42As soon as it went through the legs, that was it.
09:45The key goal, the second goal after the error by Jordan Pickford.
09:52Well, Ange-Costa Coglou was frustrated on Monday evening
09:55when Tottenham let three points slip at Leicester.
09:59They'd finished 1-1 there.
10:02At home against Everton, they were in charge from the moment
10:06that Yves Bissouma fired them in front.
10:08They were helped on their way by Jordan Pickford,
10:10whose dreadful error enabled Son to claim the first of his two goals.
10:14And there was no way back for Everton when Christian Romero,
10:17impressive at the back, was able to thump home a header
10:20before Son completed the route.
10:24Everton were beaten 6-0 at Chelsea back in the spring.
10:28They've lost in north London by four goals to nil,
10:31and they've conceded seven in their first two games.
10:34At the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, it's finished Spurs 4, Everton 0.
