01:08Just did two Grand Prix early this year. He had a fifth in the ramp qualifying race in Argentina,
01:12third in Spain when it was in Tuzanadu. Andrea Bonacorsi, his teammate,
01:18has had a good run since he's moved into this MXGP category at round five. He's currently 12th
01:24place in the championship standings, 26th behind the absent Paul Jonas. Isaac Gifton, JK Racing
01:30Yamaha, still on cloud nine after his successes at his home Grand Prix a couple of rounds ago.
01:38Mattia Guadagnini, the Nostan Husqvarna rider, 13th in the championship chase, just four points

01:50Ferrato goes to line in fifth place for standing construct Honda, building in confidence and
01:54gaining in speed every step of the way. He's 25th in the championship but he's only been in
02:00the championship chase for the last four rounds. This is his fifth Grand Prix of the season.

03:21Van Donnick picking himself up. I knew it was one of the Hondas but I wasn't sure which one.
03:25But Fernandez leads away. Siwa second. Prado in third. Geisser in ninth behind Hurlings.

04:26Siwa cuts to the inside will he get the power down early? Iago Keats having problems as well

05:14five for Hurlings. One rider who can't afford to lose points is Geoffrey Hurlings if he's
05:19to have a serious crack at this championship. Prado gets fantastic drive through those waves though.

05:45thing so too Geoffrey Hurlings but now that we've got Ruben Fernandez and Jeremy Siwa in the mix
05:51and Maxime Renault all of a sudden this MXGP title race in terms of points gained or lost
05:57is really really starting to become very critical isn't it? Geisser try to go down the inside of

06:39i was gonna say he's going to be on the wrong side here but Geisser can't find his way down
06:42the inside but now he does take the Yamaha man and gets back onto the rear wheel of Jorge Prado

06:57hands a position to Prado and Geisser these two now have been the second and third
07:11and Hurlix will just be behind these guys unless he's uh struggling to find his way past Maxime
07:16Renault. Geisser can go 10 points clear if he finds his way past Jorge Prado
07:27he's down to eight points at the moment the championship battle Hurlix coming into play there

07:50know where from well i do i spoke to him yesterday he goes around the outside of Renault and moves up

08:02he was okay until after the Swedish Grand Prix then he just stepped out onto something just
08:08jarred his back and he's been struggling ever since he's having a ride on painkillers
08:14but Fernandez leads Prado second Geisser third Hurlix fourth the top three in the championship

13:39those braking bumps were nice and soft and a little bit squidgy with the moisture in them

15:18Maximo he gets on the power early a mistake there from

15:37but a good response as well at the head of the field Prado now 4.4 seconds clear of Geiser
15:42he responds with a 1.42 exactly eight tenths quicker than the championship leader
15:49looking to reduce that gap to eight points if he can in this Rome qualifying race

16:35too much this year working his way back to fitness just behind the number 70 there in yellow

16:46six in the free practice session so obviously feeling very comfortable around this racetrack
16:51and again Ruben sorry Albi Ferrato his fifth Grand Prix this year big injuries at the start
16:58of the season kept him out of the campaign and he's looking good
17:08well Ruben Fernandez he did lead until Jorge Prado found his way through round the outside
17:13because of that slight bobble and then it's been a bit busy there as well because his teammate
17:17found his way by Tim Geiser that put him in the second Hurling's found his way through into third
17:22as well shortly after that as he went outside inside thought he'd got it there but he just
17:28ran out of turn Hurling's through into third and then Maxim Reneau found his way to fourth a moment
17:34ago as well then just as the Frenchman went through there was a slight mistake then Siwa
17:41moving into fifth just around the outside and a replay of the start here Hurling's here
17:48yep yeah he had nowhere to go look had to ride the banking that was always brave look how far
17:54back he is there oh that was Van Donick going down hard he got clipped as well on the way through
17:59no wonder he's feeling second hand

18:23literally a home race for the number 91 and the number 87 Kevin Brumman who's in 20th place
18:30him and Dylan Walsh 19 and 20 and they were what uh 21 and 22 in the time practice session so
18:36line of stern for those two again Kevin Brumman on the 67 racing Husqvarna about 40 minutes from here

19:46And Ferrato now dealing with the number three of Roman Fevre because he's just
19:57behind Fernandes a lap or so ago.
20:02Right, keeping Fevre back at bay. It's a good up, it's a good charge through the
20:11field though for the number three, Roman Fevre.

20:23Mayden Ferrato going down sector one somewhere. It's 38 seconds compared to
20:29like the 25s of the riders ahead of him, and the odd 26.
20:42Roman Fevre, he'll be brave to keep it there because that bank comes in and
20:47squeezes you if you get too close on the left-hand side, but he does find his way
20:51past the Italian. Moves up in the ninth place Roman Fevre.
20:59Glenn Koldenoff here, 2.59. He's in seventh place just behind Ruben
21:16Fernandes. Shared the points but not the podium a week ago in Arnhem. Just missed
21:23out in that third position. Gyser got it. Better result in race two. Fernandes
21:28runs into trouble there. Koldenoff goes through, moves into sixth place.
21:39See, he was still not able to find a way past his former teammate, Maxim
21:44Renaud.
21:51Not for the lack of trying though. Again, had he not made that mistake when he fell
21:56from second to sixth, and then briefly down to seventh, could be looking at a
22:01slightly different result. Gate pick for the number 91 Swiss. He's up the
22:07inside here, holding a nice tight line.
22:19Kevin Horkmo, 24. He's found his way past Fernandes. He moves into seventh place.

22:41The lead, ship to cycle, Honda Motor Blues SR ride up. Siwa doing everything
22:51and a little bit more to try and find his way past Maxim Renaud. It could be
22:55noisy on the campsite. Fortunately they're about 7k away from here as well.
22:59See them on the drive-in before you get off at the exit on the highway. It was
23:07tight there a couple of laps ago. It was tight again between Renaud and Siwa.
23:11Siwa insistent that he's gonna try and jump up the inside knowing that the
23:15rider ahead is gonna go right middle and then left. But he's pushing here.
23:23Anything to find his way into that fourth position. Two lap board going out
23:29next time around for Prado and Geisser. They're separated by five and a half
23:32seconds at the minute or thereabouts.

23:48Spaniard, the defending champion here, and the five-time champ Tim Geisser.

24:04nothing in it between those two as they hit the line. Eight tenths of a second.
24:10It's Tim Geisser taking control of that second place now. He's almost eight
24:14seconds clear of Geoffrey Hurlings. 1.31 there. Kato Nical needs to be mindful of
24:21what's going on behind him.
24:26Renaud goes through. Siwa talk about a balancing act and again back markers
24:35not wary of the race going on around him. You've seen Prado go by, seen Geisser go
24:39by, seen Hurlings go by, you've now seen Renaud go by. Do yourself a favor, look up
24:44pay attention, get involved in the race. It's not yours. It's not the first time we've seen it.
24:52We've seen it a lot regularly.
25:02Siwa has got himself right back onto the rear wheel of Renaud. We thought he had a
25:07bit of momentum there. Just came to a bit of a stop start in that right hander.
25:14Getting ready to take the one lap board. Right on cue. Jorge Prado. It was 4.8 clear.
25:26Ryder goes down just ahead of him. Was that Stauffer's KTM 701? Quite possibly.
25:38A bit of breathing space for Max and Renaud at the moment. 1.1 seconds. That's probably the biggest it's been.
25:49There's Stauffer walking away from his motorcycle. Back markers coming into play all of a sudden and
25:58that's Arnaud Tonus. There's a lap down there in 28th place. Riding here as a wild card this weekend.
26:03Max and Renaud on the ropes now. Siwa will go outside. I'll tell you what, Max and Renaud
26:16putting the squeeze on Siwa who then tips over somehow stays up. Lucky not to go down in those
26:23ruts as well. Came in hot and you can very very easily twist a knee or an ankle in that situation.
