00:00The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 20 minute time limit.
00:12Introducing first, from Tokyo, Japan, Mina Shirakawa.
00:19One of the great stars of stardom, the sister promotion to New Japan Pro Wrestling.
00:24She's held four different stardom championships.
00:28And of course, we heard from her over a week ago.
00:33She was really mixed up about, and as many of us are,
00:40about what Mariah May did to Tony Storm.
00:46She couldn't believe it.
00:47I'm not mixed up.
00:48I know you, well.
00:49Mariah May played Tony Storm like a fiddle.
00:54Stradivarius, if you will.
00:56Okay.
00:58Who can forget that menage a trois of sorts between
01:03Mina Shirakawa, Tony Storm, and Mariah May that led the world for Klimt.
01:09And her opponent from Dayton, Ohio, Robin Renegade.
01:25Robin Renegade, who, and her sister Charlotte,
01:29have become quite a force in AEW Women's Wrestling.
01:35And in Ring of Honor as well.
01:39Robin Renegade has had a lot of top tier competition.
01:43She's faced eight former AEW Women's Champions in singles competition.
01:49And certainly, that experience will put her in good stead against Mina Shirakawa.
01:56The five-year veteran Shirakawa has a long history in stardom with Mariah May.
02:01And they've had 63 matches together in 2023.
02:06But you could certainly make an argument that the glamor Mariah May,
02:10her star, is outshone Shirakawa.
02:15Well, there's no question that Mariah May came over here to the United States,
02:18became a part of AEW, and quickly turned heads.
02:23And I'm not talking about the beauty or the glamor.
02:25I'm talking about her wrestling ability.
02:27Not often you get someone that stunning and
02:30beautiful who can back it up once the bell rings as well.
02:36Mina Shirakawa having a good time.
02:37Robin Renegade, one of the great trash talkers in the women's division.
02:41Showing her quickness as well, rolling up Mina.
02:44Mina back to her feet.
02:45Shirakawa hitting the rubs.
02:49How about that?
02:51Turned a Russian leg sweep out of that.
02:54Everybody needs more Mina.
03:00Women's division, as you know, on top is timeless Toni Storm.
03:07She's the world champion.
03:08We'll defend this Sunday at All In against Mariah May.
03:14Indeed, we may be seeing, Toni, the final days of Toni Storm's reign.
03:22Perhaps, Toni, this is akin to the dying days of silent movies, you know?
03:27Perhaps we'll look back on Storm's reign like, I don't know, the horse and buggy.
03:38Well, I'm not sure about either of those, but
03:40the fact is that there's no question that Mariah May can become
03:43the world champion, by the way, in her home city.
03:46She is from London.
03:48What a matriarch rise it has been for the glamour.
03:51And then of course, Britt Baker, quick win.
03:53Here's a cover, one, two, to win the TBS championship.
03:56She has, of course, the champion Mercedes Monet.
04:01And that, of course, is part of the big event, All In.
04:06By the way, if you want to join us at All In, it's very, very simple.
04:11Of course, you can join us on Nature Report,
04:14which is the digital home of AEW pay-per-views.
04:18Also on Triller TV, ppb.com, DeSalle, YouTube, and Dave & Buster's as well.
04:25What an event it's going to be coming up this coming Sunday on pay-per-view.
04:30And this match in the Women's Division on Rampage continues.
04:34Stay with us for picture in picture.
04:41One, two, nice roll-up by Shirakawa that time, and Robin Redegade will roll that side.
05:12Robin Redegade, now slowly to get in.
05:14Certainly wonders where Shirakawa's allegiance lies.
05:22She's got a figure four leg lock here on Robin Redegade.
05:25She's got it on.
05:27How about that for Mina Shirakawa?
05:31Robin Redegade, long, rangy legs should enable her to get to the bottom rope a little quicker yet.
05:37She sure did.
05:42What do you think about the mental breakdown of Toni Storm?
05:46Well, it's been a kind of a mental breakdown ever since last year at All In.
05:52Yeah, it certainly has been.
05:54I mean, I think it's fair to say the wheel's still spinning, but the hamster's dead.
05:59I don't, I don't want to put it that way.
06:01But the fact is that Toni Storm, last year, if you'll recall, lost to Serena.
06:06And all of a sudden she snapped.
06:07She became Timeless Toni Storm.
06:09And of course, fans start taking to Timeless Toni Storm and gravitating towards her.
06:15I did.
06:16Yes.
06:17I consider myself guilty there.
06:19It was a moment, an era, an epoch, if you will.
06:22But it has arguably passed Toni's, perhaps like ancient Greece, a gratuitous, salacious time.
06:32But now it is moving on.
06:35The Greeks are dead, the glamour, Mariah May.
06:39This is her time, come on.
06:42Got a two count that time.
06:43You try, you try to, you try to shovel dirt on Toni Storm right now.
06:47The match hasn't even happened, Nigel.
06:49No, they aren't excited for it, though.
06:5148 hours away.
06:53But you've seen a darker Toni Storm of late as well.
06:56OK.
07:04Let's go!
07:05Let's go, Mena!
07:09AEW Rampage continues here on TNT.
07:12Toni and Nigel with you on this all-in weekend this Sunday from Wembley Stadium in London.
07:18Right now, though, it is Mena Shirakawa and Robin Renegade going one-on-one in the women's division.
07:24There's a knee lift.
07:25And here goes Renegade to the ropes.
07:27A pop!
07:29And a boot in the back of the head.
07:32This could be doing it!
07:33One!
07:34Two!
07:35No!
07:36Out in two is Mena Shirakawa.
07:38The match goes on.
07:39Wow, we got a classic here.
07:40This is great.
07:41Great women's competition, no doubt about it.
07:48Dragon screw that time.
07:49Leg whip by Mena Shirakawa.
07:55She's going to try to put on the figure four.
07:57And Robin just got to the ropes.
08:00Certainly, this speaks to the depth of talent in the women's division.
08:03And whoever leaves Wembley for the AEW Women's title, they are going to have plenty of people
08:09gunning for them.
08:14Robin Renegade to the throat, then with the running lariat.
08:21Trying to get the blood rushing back to that knee, I guess.
08:31Only got halfway.
08:32Rolled her up, stepped through.
08:34She got to go with the figure four again, and she got it on!
08:37And now it's Shirakawa who's closest to the ropes.
08:42Driving with a hex.
08:44Here is your winner, Mena Shirakawa!
08:48Tony Stark versus Mariah May for the AEW Women's World Title at Wembley.
08:52Who will Mena Shirakawa want to win that match?
08:56Who will she be for?
08:58Well, we're going to find out, I'm sure, very soon.
09:00But right now, let's go backstage.
09:02And here's Lexi New.
